We have ordered two of these heat panels. The first one we have had for two years now and it still works great! We had an issue with a plug on one of them but after contacting the seller they sent a new plug promptly!I was about to order a third one and thought it would be a good time to leave a review.

This gets my 4ft enclosure to the right temp but my ball python keeps unplugging it. I’m not sure what to do about this issue it’s a huge problem. I don’t want to put any adhesives in the enclosure to keep it on but I’m not sure what else could work

Works perfectly in my smallet 6 foot Eunectes enclosure.Perfectly captured the exact temperature gradient I was needing. Can be a pain for certain enclosures trying to find a way to wire the plug through. Very easy to install, however. Surface does get very hot, so keep that in mind when installing where animsl may reach it

The heat panel itself is perfect and definitely is all it cracks up to be. My snakes seem a bit more even tempered and the size of the panel provides a good size hot spot while let the opposing side of the cage be slightly cooler for the cool side. The only thing I hate about this, which is why I gave three stars because it’s pretty problematic, is the damn cord. It’s the most annoying and frustrating thing ever. You’d think they’d make the connection between the panel and cord snap on or something stronger than a simple plug in. My snakes very easily unplug the panel regularly so I have to CONSTANTLY plug it back in and it’s not secure at all.

Bought this for my Burmese python. Keeps his 8 ft enclosure nice and toasty where it's supposed to be so I would definitely say it works great

Product have as expected but the disinfectant solution did not arrive with the package. Im giving 2 stars cause order was not complete. I bought it from them because it came with that solution. Pretty disappointed.

the design allows snakes to half wau unplug it from the panel and creat a short. i have had 2 panels short out and melt the cord where it plugs into the panel . very dangerous.
