First, poor quality: Straps are pencil thin with tiny plastic clips and have no "give". The stockings pull right out of them. The fabric's thin, cheap, stiff "lace" with a skinny band of elastic holding it up.Second, runs horribly small. I'm 5'7" and 145 lbs and it is so small I'd have to wear the elastic around my waist which pulls the skirt only to my hips. Since there is limited stretch to the material, there's no way around this.This is useless to me so it's going in the trash. Enough said.
