I was very impressed the moment I opened the box. The GPS came in a sturdy box with bubble wrap around the screen to protect it. GPS function works great and was able to take me to where i want to go. Big screen makes it easier to see and touch. The GPS is equipped with a long-life battery that i could even use the GPS without plugging it into the car charger port to save the port for other devices such as dash cam. This GPS is doing great so far, so you should get yourself one and stop using your phone as a GPS device while driving.

Absolutely useless. I purchased this to replace an old Garmin and what a disappointment. It's large, and easy to read but worthless for navigation. It can't find Anything, navigates in endless circles, and has an even poorer sense of direction than I do. Both distance and time of arrival are wildly inaccurate. It gives inaccurate directions based on mileage rather than street names or exit numbers. After two weeks of trying to make this GPS function the screen has now frozen, leaving me unable to enter a new address. Wish I had spent my money on a new Garmin instead of this piece of trash. Don't waste your money.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I bought this to replace my old garmin. I like the new device very much for the big screen as well as the multiply ways to search. For my old garmin, the only way to find destination is by the address. But I could search by name of building or hotels using this device, which is reallly helpful for me. The only drawback is that the touch screen is not as good as the cell phone. But this is the same for my garmin.

I bought this GPS system and have been use it for few weeks.I'm very impressive 7 inch monitor that brings me bright and clear map during driving.Also, it guides me to detour in rush hour from office to home.I'm satisfied its performance so far.You may use this device to watching MP4 video and MP3 music, it is multi function entertainment device as well.

Switched it up and used it in the UK just recently. Customer service to get the right maps was awesome. The holder is cheap, little clip broke off right away, nothing tape couldn’t fix. Wasn’t pretty but it did the job!

The advertising says it has Europe installed. Tried being in France, only us and Canada and Mexico send it back

The product and the product manual has nothing in common. The directions are imperfect and does not guide the user appropriately. Difficult to program. After all these months, I have not been able to use this GPS system. Wish I can return the product or exchange the same for another GPS system.
