Great stock for soups and stews.
I bought this because I did a KETO diet which required a small amount. I thought it was extortionately priced until it arrived and I discovered I’d bought six jars of it! I have used it to make soups and in casseroles and I do like it. It’s great for adding a little flavour to things that you may dry fry for dietary purposes such as mushrooms. I use the broth to finish them off and simmer until lost of the liquid is evaporated. Very tasty. It’s also a great stock for meat based soups such as oxtail or beef stews.
