Honestly - Great Product and Great Value!!!
I typically don’t write product reviews, but after receiving these recently purchased sunglasses a few days ago, I decided to spend a few minutes writing a review and share my thoughts.I’ve lived in Florida all my life and my eyes have always been very sensitive to the bright sunshine here. Like a lot of folks, I do love spending time on the water and well know the importance of having a good pair of polarized sunglasses. I consider a good pair of sunglasses to be one that is polarized and has the right amount of tint so as not to impede the clearness or be overly dark or not enough tint to block the glare, and lastly, has readers/bifocals.These Renegades on review are priced at $26.00. They look good, are tinted just dark enough that you don’t have to keep raising them up to take a second look at something a distance away, has a very comfortable nose piece and a lens that comes far enough around your face to block any glare or sun coming in from the side. Lastly, the reader/bifocals are situated in such a way that I never notice any transition from one part of the lens to another. As a comparison and for my own benefit, I took out a pair of my Costas and Maui Jim’s this afternoon and when comparing them to the Renegades, I found that I actually liked the Renegades as much or better than the other two high end sunglasses. The deciding factor was that the high-end sunglasses were a bit to dark and did not have the readers/bifocals which, for me, made a big difference. But the clarity of the Renegade lens can’t be overstated… It’s very clear and clean and the bifocals fit perfectly in the lens. If I had to buy again when comparing to Costas and/or Maui Jims? No brainer... For the money it's Renegade. For $25.99? You can’t go wrong. Give it a try - I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.I hope this helps…

Great glasses
These glasses are light weight and comfortable to wear with great polarization to cut the glare. I really didn't expect them to be this good for the price. We'll worth it.

Watch which of these you buy
I like the quality and style of the sunglasses. The shading is good but the polarization is a little weak. I find the reader section does not impact distance vision and work as they should. Overall they work well.I bought these as a second pair and now realized that the first pair I bought was number 600901 style which is a little bit wider and fits me better. These are number 613649 which are just the tiny bit tighter and they hurt around the ears if I wear them to long. And I do wear them for long periods while driving.

Nice but reading area too small
These are nicely made and work well, except that I found the magnified reading area too small to be useful for anything but a quick glance. Reading a document or a book was difficult for me. I ended up returning the glasses.

No eyestrain like many others I have tried.
I have to say I am very happy with these glasses. I usually wear a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses, but I am always worried I will scratch them up or lose them. I decided to try a pair of these and mainly use them when I am working on something where I did not feel comfortable chancing the MJ's to damage or loss. What has happened is that I like these enough that I find myself wearing them more than my MJ just because I don't worry about what happens with them. And to further tell me I am doing the right thing...I lost my first pair of these about 2 months after I got them. So yes, without hesitation, I ordered another pair. Most sunglasses that are not fairly "upper end" tend to cause me to have a headache after wearing them a little while. I was skeptical, thinking that these would do the same. What I am very happy to say is that I can wear them all day without issue from comfort or eyestrain...NO headache!!!The added bifocal reader is a handy plus as well. It sits a little lower in the lens than I would like (for me). But not so low that it is an issue. They are light and comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone who likes wrap around style sunglasses. And if I lose or damage these...again, I will buy another set just like them.

Great value
My husband likes the style and quality of the glasses and the fact that they are polarized and have reader lenses. Gave 4 out of 5 stars only because he said the reader area needs to be a little larger (higher).

Bifocal is NOT distracting
I have tried several different bifocal sunglasses and the bifocal portion was always too visible during normal wear, especially driving. These are small and only noticeable when reading. I asked a friend to try them on -- letting on they were regular sunglasses -- and he was impressed how clear they were with the polarized lenses. I then asked him to look at his wrist watch and he too was stunned that they were bifocals and said if I told him that first, he would have never tried them on...then asked where to get a pair too.
