Bought this mix on a whim due to the good reviews. Very disappointed with the biscuits I made. They did not rise much, were the consistency of hockey pucks AND had a weird, off-putting flavor. Not worth the money, IMO.

I love this biscuit mix! It’s very easy to make and has a homemade appearance and taste. I’m pretty sure I will buy it again.

I love biscuits. so when I got my Coopers biscuit mix I had to make a batch right away. Fresh out of the oven withreal butter and a little honey. WOW ! they are great. I plan to order more.

It's a good product, but I was expecting a more flavorful biscuit.
