The 60% dark chocolate is perfect for whatever you use chocolate chips for. It melts well and gives a nice intense chocolate flavor to anything you use chocolate for. A favorite snack for me is to separate a fresh date, spread some peanut butter on each side and poke chocolate chips into the peanut butter. Yummy and healthy!

The chips are amazing, but the price is ridiculous! Under product description it mentions 480g, but the bag is only 280g. FALSE advertising and ripoff! I blame the supplier, not ghiradelli.
