As a mama of 2, I love this supplement. It has helped our household stay healthy. It has omega 3 in it and DHA which has very positive effects on the brain health and growth development for kids. This is a great supplement for kiddos to get the right amount of dha and omega 3 they need. The flavor is actually not bad at all, it’s a lemon flavor and doesn’t leave any gross aftertaste or anything.Also, the one use spoons make this better to use so you know the right measurement and don’t have to figure it out. Supplementing your diet with a good quality fish oil is really important in all ages. Rich in Omega 3 can help with a whole alphabet of skin conditions, from acne to wrinkles. That's because, as well as being great for our heart, brain and eye health, Omega 3 fatty acids play an essential role in both the structure and appearance of the skin. Zincomega is really good! Because it’s also giving you some good vitamins :) I use to hate the taste of the fish oil, but this is really tasty! I recommend this for all ages!

I bought this because i thought it would be healthy for my kids to have. I wasn't for sure if one of my daughters would like it cause she doesn't like fish and it has fish oil in it but she seemed to like it as much as my other daughter. I love that it comes portion out so that you don't have to look for something to measure it in. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that they are hard to open. I know that they shouldn't be to easy to open but it takes me way to long to open one of them because there is no simple way to open them.

As a mom of two kids and a medical doctor,I can say that it is a good product for our kids.I know the positive effects of Omega 3 and DHA on our brain growth and development but also I know it is tough to make the kids take these kinds of products.They are all picky but with this product you don't need to waste your energy and be pushy because they love it.They liked its taste and spoons.It is so easy to drink,I recommend all my friends.

I know vitamins usually taste weird, but my kids are pretty used to that. This one made my 11 yr old almost throw up. It’s oily consistency made her gag. So i tried it, the lemon taste wasn’t bad, but the oily got me too.

Great in theory. Cute spoons. Fish oil still tastes like fish oil and the zinc separated at the bottom. I’m suffering through them myself and even I won’t lock the zinc out.

My son really struggles with swallowing pure fish oil. It got to the point of him just gagging at the thought of taking it. Now life is a lot easier due to the lemon taste that helps calm the fishy flavor and smell! And the fact it has zinc and vitamin d is a plus as well!
