Yes, this is my second Metro 30 as I have finally nearly worn out the first one. As a medium-sized female, it is comfortable to wear with the security of a waist strap and a chest strap. It is big enough to take food and clothing for an all-day hike in changeable weather and has come with me the length of the West Highland Way, the Anglesey Coast Path and St Cuthbert's Way as well as being an invaluable extra shopping bag. Amazing how much it will carry! Phone goes in front pocket; there are two side bottle pockets; the partitioned smaller part of the main bag has a fixed hook for key safety and the main compartment has a padded divider for laptop or tablet.The only downsides: it's not waterproof in a downpour, and it's all too easy to catch the fabric of the piece that covers the zip, in the zip itself. Especially if you are impatient and/or clumsy.However, it is one of the cheaper models on the market and is really good value for money.

Good size with plenty of pockets. Elastic strap handy for coat storage when not being worn. Decent quality

Great size but design flaw on the main zip means it keeps catching the fabric and has eventually ‘eaten’ the fabric above the main compartment zip.

This is one of the bags I used for Hajj. This is spacious, with lots of pockets, perfect for water bottles, books and snacks. Shoulders and back were protected, so very very comfortable for long walks and travelling on the plane. I’m small and I didn’t even feel it on my back. Highly recommend this.
