It is the standard without the internal bump stop. The ultimates has the bump stops.

Q: Would this still be beneficial if my trailer weight is heavier than 5000 pounds?

I have a travel trailer and it is closer to 6500 pounds. I put 20 pounds of pressure in and it keeps my tundra level.

Q: Does this fit my 2019 ram 1500 2wd bighorn hemi?

That is not correct. The rear setup is exactly the same. Just installed this on my 2022 1500 2wd (5/23/2023). Fit perfect!
