Great box set, and a very good price
Songs from the Big Chair was all the rage in 1985, and this complete box set edition with the Steven Wilson remix is the ultimate version. I’ma big fan of SW and his remasters, for the most part. This remaster (the original mix is also included in this set) seems to put a lot of details on display that may have been lost in the original version, but it is so drastic a departure that it will upset and hard core T4F fans. I like the original mix of Shout, but the rest of the album was (to my ears) improved by SW. Highly recommended for fans.

The thing I couldn't do without
This is exactly the kind of impulse buy that messes me up, and I had to kinda talk myself into it. I was expecting some guilt when it showed up. Instead, none at all. This is an incredible collection. The box is well done, the booklets are well done. I've never been a fan of cardstock disc envelopes, but dude there's six discs. I now need to upgrade my apartment to properly appreciate the 5.1 copy.

This was a gift. However, all items shown arrived as advertised. Intact, sealed, and exactly as shown. Everything you could've ever hoped for from a "super deluxe edition" and so-much more.

A LOT of bang for the buck.
My favorite TFF album and it does not disappoint. Love all of the extra's, different versions, and yes videos and pictures that come with the Super Deluxe Edition.
