WILSON NXT Tennis String - Set and 200m Reel

I have used 16gauge for many years just because they are more durable. Once in a while, for kicks, i use 17gauge. After 3 or 4 years of 16, last month I got my rackets strung with the 17. I did notice the improved bite on the ball and more feel in the racket as though the strings were pocketing the ball deeper. I know that might just be my imagination, but nevertheless, I liked the thinner strings.

These strings are ideal for players with arm, wrist, or shoulder issues. Much gentler than many of the other strings available. I usually string at around 50. The black version in this model works great too.

Loose packaging and strings come out of it. Despite that, the strings are excellent; I've been using them for over 10 years.

Strung it at about 58 pounds on my head graphene touch speed pro and it worked very nice! I was getting good pop on the ball and the thinner gage helped me get more topspin! Great feel up at the net, especially on volleys, good feel from the baseline as well. The string started to fray after about 1 week while I was hitting hard from the baseline. Then the second week the string broke which I expected. In addition, this string is also friendly on the arm so if you have any arm problems would definitely get this string! 😊

I've tried many different strings in my years of playing tennis. Some more expensive and some less expensive than the NXT, but this has consistently been my favorite. Great feel, power and control. The only downside is that it doesn't last very long.

Excellent soft string almost as good as gut

It’s not a multifilament string. Not durable did only last for 3 sets of good hitting.

Perfect for a flat ball hitter and easy on the arm
