Appear to be well made
After trying a different brand that broke when the vise was tightened enough to stop a part from moving I bought these. The aluminum works well not damaging parts but holding tight. I have not used the other set but believe they will be good for internal motorcycle fork pieces.

Excellent for the price, I dont think you can beat this set for the money.
I dont see how you could beat these for the price. You get a set of soft jaws and a set of rubber jaws for one low price. They came in a nice retail type package, and fit nicely. They grip securely and dont move in use. The magnets are sufficiently strong so that they stay secured during use and will not marr the vise or work. They have about a 1/8" shelf in the top, which allows clamping of parts by the minimum required for a secure hold. In practice, this allows much better repeatability when taking parts in and out during operations, as it indexes back to the same place each time rather than just holding it somewhere in the jaws. These are not precision ground or advertised as such, so they should not be expected to be a precision tool. They are for holding work you wish not to dent/scratch as you work.Overall, I am very impressed with these for the price. If you are shopping for a set of jaw guards to keep from marking parts as I was, these will fit the bill nicely I think. I dont think you can beat them at the price point for two sets of jaws.

A bit tricky to use in my vice, and quality was a bit off in the first set.
I had to return the first order and get a replacement. The little magnets which were to hold the inserts to the metal jaws of the vise were canted and not flush, or missing. The replacement looks fine. It might be better if they were a bit wider, to cover more of the vise jaw, because the tendency is to tip upwards if you aren't careful. But they do the job they are designed to do, and don't mar the work.

Vice jaws
Good quality

Strange clamping surface
The top of the jaws have 1/4” gap when vice is fully closed . Not useable for putting a sharp bend in sheet metal. You end up with a rounded bend . I’ve never seen jaws made like this before.

Works as it should and a lot less $ than the big names in vises.
Well constructed, and works well. I recommend this. Some have commented about some of the magnets coming loose. That's not a big deal. Should they come loose, just use a dab of some superglue or epoxy and glue them back into place.

Not it
These don't stay in place on a Snap On Wilton with clean jaws. The magnets are small and come lose on both the plastic and aluminum jaws. The extrusions on the jaws don't work right. If you try to hold something between the protrusions, it just moves the jaw covers instead of gripping your work. I'd be better off with just a couple blocks of wood stuck in the jaws than these.
