Ok, initially I though, “Hey! This fat-sucker-inner” might just do the trick!” Then I wore it out. Problem 1- the shoulder straps cut into you and SHOW IN EVERYTHING. You have to wear a sweatshirt otherwise ppl will see your double straps and know you are either so insecure (like me) you dropped $100 to look an inch slimmer or you are wearing two bras like a weirdo. And there’s no way to remedy it. Tried to wrap the shoulder straps around my bra- nope. Tried tucking them in- nope, lumpy. The straps kept peeping out of my dress and causing REALLY ATTRACTIVE ARM FAT BULGES, whichissarcasm, it is gross and does the opposite of giving the illusion that I don’t eat an entire pizza every day. For breakfast.Problem 2- you’re going to piss yourself. Dont think for a second that you are able to navigate in and out of this thing in a public bathroom stall. And don’t say you are capable of peeing through the slot either. If that were possible men would have shrunk the sizes of women’s toilets years ago to make room for more beer pong tables. Don’t drink alcohol. You will do fine peeing through that tiny hole the first time, which will convince you that you are a super hero and can practically pee standing up if you wanted to. Two bud lights later, you’re back in the bathroom marveling at how warm it feels when you pee until you realize YOU ARE ACTUALLY URINATING ON YOUR CLOTHES AND WILL HAVE TO WATCH THE REST OF THE ROLLERDERBY MATCH WITHOUT ANY UNDERGARMENTS ON AND YOUR PURSE WILL SMELL LIKE PEE BECAUSE YOU CANT THROW AWAY A $100 FAT SUCKER INNER YOU ONLY WORE ONCE!!!So. Like, buyer beware. I’d probably return it if I could but, y’know,... I peed on it.

I'm 5’10”, 165lbs, a size 10/12, slim-average arms, 38B, and bought a Large to wear under a skin tight black pencil skirt and tight black top. It smoothed out all the tummy and butt jiggly bits (and I had a 9.5lb, 24” long baby three years ago and never quite got back into pre-baby shape). This is also the first Spanx suit I’ve had where the lovely “Tinkle Gusset” worked like a charm without me having to take off my entire outfit (spread the gusset wide open, squat way down and forward, and PEE LIKE THE WIND). Not a drop on me or mah Spankipoos. No complaints. It did cut in a tiny bit uncomfortably at the front armpit area by the end of the night, but I’d definitely wear this again. Also, it ain’t gonna erase saddlebags completely, but it will make you feel less self conscious about them. An unexpected bonus was how much it smoothed out my bra band area in the back and on the sides. Happy camper!

I am 23, 5'10, size 8, 34DDD, and bought size S.People say that SPANX don't cut you down a size. That may be right. However, my only suit's pencil skirt is too small. Before I had this SPANX onesie, the skirt only buttoned with a bulgy struggle (and the potential energy of the Teton Dam). With SPANX, the skirt button didn't budge the entire weekend, and the skirt slid smoothly around my girded loins. No static cling. No tawdry tightness. It worked wonders.People say that SPANX make you feel lightheaded or gassy. Well, I have low blood pressure and a history of fainting. I wore this for 16 hours straight in a stressful environment, with bronchitis and just 4 hours of sleep. It didn't make me feel any worse. It was slightly warmer, but not uncomfortable. I didn't get sweaty.If you need to look extra polished and seamless for an event, or need a slightly too-small thing to look like a perfect fit, there is no substitute. BUY THIS ONESIE THING.WARNING: If you have any fat on your thighs, don't pair this with skinny jeans. There WILL be a noticeable line/ridge where SPANX meets skin.

The tinkle slot is for real, people. And it works like whoa. I went to a wedding and because weddings and people and crowds and social situations make me anxious, I drank a little. And then I drank a lot. And then you know how it goes once the seal is broken. I peed at least 6 times in the three hours I was wearing this contraption, and nary a drop nor dribble landed on my person. Also, my dress zipped smoothly, which I guess is the whole point (but you should buy it for the tinkle slot. It's very liberating.)

I have another Spanx in 3x and it fits more roomy than this one. This one is definitely for SHAPING and will work great for that purpose. If you are any size above a 22, it may be uncomfortably tight.

I recently wore this underneath a one-piece unitard/ leotard to a con. Man there is nothing like having a head to toe tight spandex leotard on your body walking around with a thousand people looking at your accoutrements! But my butt felt tight and my tummy felt tiny in my leotard with my Spanx underneath LOL it was very easy to get on and off and I did not worry about the pee pee gusset because I had to pull down my one piece leotard anyway. I wore panties underneath it because I am just that way. I wore small ones and you could not see any line and trust me if you were going to see a line you would definitely see it and what I had on. LOL *if I had a two piece outfit on I would not have worn panties* and would have used the gusset because you definitely would have to take your bottoms and top off to pull the Spanx down. But a one-piece was super simple. the men just had to wait a few extra moments for me in the bathroom. The size as perfectly as described, order according to the size guide. I highly recommend this Spanx and especially over a different brand there is nothing like Spanx!

I really like how this fits on me, and I love the material. So soft and smooth! However, the straps that hold it up are visible when I'm wearing any sort of tank top. If it had thinner straps and was more in line with my bra straps, this would have definitely been a keeper! Sadly, I am returning it.For reference, I'm 5'3" 158lbs, and I ordered a Medium.

What a comfortable girdle! it holds everything in its place and if you shimmy it here and there you can really create lovely controlled curves.Did I say comfortable? The vageen easy pee opening in the suit was a life savor. All around...Loved it!
