Great Unit, but plan ahead!
I will leave a review of the function of this equipment to others other than to say you will not be disappointed. However, give consideration to its delivery and assembly so as to make getting started as easy as possible. None of the this review is meant as a complaint, I am just trying to help set expectations. I am certainly not in great shape and as a result of an accident have to walk with a caneThe unit is heavy, and strapped/shrink-wrapped to a wooden pallet. I chose regular delivery, which means you will not get en-route status through Amazon but only through the freight company. When it arrived, I received a call from the shipper that it could only be delivered to my home by an 18-wheeler with no lift-gate. As semi's cannot get in my neighborhood and even if they did I'm not the hulk and able to pick a pallet up off the back of a truck, plan B was renting a $25 u-haul trailer to pick it up at the distribution center. Once back home the process of unloading and getting into the house was as you can imagine, thankfully no steps. The unit is extremely well built and assembly is very straight-forward, but be aware that it involves approximately 50 screws to attach the arms/display/chair to the base unit. Many of these are heavy threaded for attaching steel, and the majority of them are at floor level. If you are challenged with arthritic hands or getting down to/up from the floor this will not be a simple or fast exercise. I didn't have a cordless drill with Allen bolt heads, that might have greatly simplified the process. The instructions are clear, the plastic wrapped used for the bolts and wrapping varies handles is that really annoying stretchy type that never tears so do yourself a favor and have a knife/scissors with you before you get started. With so many small bolts and washes to sort and attach, I wish HCI had provided a couple extra of each size for peace of mind because I dropped a couple and came close to coming up short was a real concern.I'm very happy with the machine and glad that I saved the money from not getting white-glove installation, buyers just need to be aware we all aren't Captain America (or we wouldn't need this!) so give some thought before-hand how you will get this unit from your amazon shopping cart to safely installed in your home (and a pallet and a ton of cardboard and plastic to dispose later). Best wishes!

A fine way to extend my physical therapy
My husband and I both used and liked NewStep in our physical therapy. Getting one for home use would have been way beyond our budget. Fortunately, the Fitness Physiostep was affordable to us, and certainly comparable to the more expensive product. We are both showing improved endurance and flexibility from our Fitness Physiostep sessions. I was unsure whether my husband had made the right decision in buying this, but now I am convinced that he made a smart buy.
