Good stuff. We want to buy again pls.
We bought this in Jan 2018 and it works great. We need another of the same but unfortunately, it's not available with Amazon GlobalStore. I'd like at least one more of this if I can get one.The tenperature readings are accurate and though it takes a little getting used to, to understand how it works during the cook process, it works great.

Painful to use
Have had mine for close to 3 years. It’s the most painful part of candy making. It’s reading is off by 8C, and even accounting for that, I still have a difficult time getting the sugar to the right temperature. The clip is so flimsy, it’s constantly comes loose and is a serious hazard when there is hot sugar involved. To make matters worse, the clip is also so sharp, you end up cutting your finger. I own a lot of Wilton products, this one has been a true disappointment.
