This product was a replacement for the first one of these that I bought. The first one did not work and would not power on, at all. This one was worse than the first. Loose parts, screws missing. This clearly was not a new product. Do not buy this product or anything from this manufacturer.

Does not seem to heat as good as I thought it would but does work good After returning heater out of the $ 134.00 i paid i only get back $48.00. What do i think about this stone cold rip off. I will never do business with a store like that and shame on amazon for letting this happen. Be careful don't do business with this seller

After scouring the marketplace, we found that these were the ones that best fit our needs; we have one and we're very happy with it. However, we just recently tried to order three (for family) and we only received one, with no explanation of where the other two are and no way to report the fact that the other two are missing without writing a review like this. We LOVE the product... but someone didn't count how many we wanted and we're basically paying 3x the amount.

Made the mistake of purchasing a used heater that said it was in good condition... pictures speak for themselves. There was absolutely zero packing in the box....

These heaters are crap. I hate giving bad reviews but the only thing good about this product is that it looks nice. They do not last. Don't waste your money.

We had one for over 10 years and it finally went so I bought another one to replace it. It does a wonderful job for our back room.
