It's an IF
If you have the hole punch for this style of binder, these are absolutely fabulous. Can't beat 'em! If you don't have the hole punch with the tooth spreaders, you're not going to be happy. If you're equipped to use them, they're a great value. They make a great bound book that lies flat with a nice, professional presentation look.

Some combs were damaged
The package was open on one side so the combs shifted and some were damaged. Still seemed like a good enough price for the quantity that I decided to keep them vs returning and trying my luck again. Plus I needed them.
