Contains Sucralose - read why this is a problem
A study published in the journal Cell Metabolism by a group of Yale researchers found that the consumption of the common artificial sweetener sucralose (which is found in Splenda, Zerocal, Sukrana, SucraPlus and other brands) in combination with carbohydrates can swiftly turn a healthy person into one with high blood sugar. My personal experience using this product 2-3 times a day was that it actually prevented recovery from workouts instead of helping it.

The Best There Is
The Best there is in my opinion. I have ulcerative colitis and this stuff is great. Mixes super easy just shaking. Awesome tasting also!

Tastes horrible!!!
This is not the first Met Rx product I have had, but it's definitely the worst tasting one. I don't know if I got a bad batch or something but this definitely does not taste like vanilla.

Great Whey
1650 grams of protein per container. That's plenty for recovery and growth. Vanilla flavor is ok as but i don't buy this as desert.

Great protein powder, Great taste. The only protein powder I've had that doesn't give me stomach issues.

The most disgusting protein I've ever had
That's the worst protein I've ever had, extremely sweet and thick, the consistency of sour-cream, which makes it impossible to drink. Do not recommend.

Terrible taste
I had to return this. I didn't expect it to taste wonderful, and it's a good thing. I could not get past the taste. I tried mixing it with almond milk, and tried water. I even added PB2. Nothing I did made it palatable. So thankful for Amazon's return policy though!
