I was looking to buy elderberry as it's flu season and I wanted to up my immunity, but everything I found was so expensive just to try it out. These were a great prices with good reviews so I ordered. I am so glad that I did. My boyfriend came home sick the day before they arrived. I took 2/day and made him as well and somehow have not gotten his illness! The pills are large, which is to be expected as they are packed with powder, but for someone who cant take pills a chewable version may be better. I do not like large pills but these went down just fine since they are capsules. I would definitely recommend!

I purchased this for my wife. When the weather changes - up and down - it's easy to catch cold ddzdd. My wife has asthma, and catching colds seems to aggravate that condition. She has been taking the elderberry capsules for a little while and the cold have stayed away.
