I will write my personal opinion as a simple user about this product about my experience of using this tool. Sooner or later, with age or for some other reason, we all experience hair loss. I like how my friend says: "Please explain to me why with age the hair moves from head to nose." I have long hair from 18 years old to this day. I got bald patches in three places. I periodically try similar products to strengthen my hair. Buying this set, I did not dream of a lion's hair, I just wanted that after a shower in the bathroom, as well as after combing my hair on a comb, less of my hair remained. This tool worked great for me! To be honest, I was skeptical and after two weeks of use, I no longer believed in the success of this event, but time passed and I am really satisfied. What I want to say about the product: - Shampoo: must be used every day! Do not be lazy and rub into your head and hair for at least 3-5 minutes. In any case, such a massage is already beneficial for the scalp and hair roots / follicles. This will help increase blood flow. The shampoo does not lather very well, especially if the hair is oily. It has a peculiar viscosity and appearance. All these signs are typical for such similar shampoos. And if I didn't know what it was, I would describe it as a healing shampoo. I liked the smell; - Conditioner: the same usage as for shampoo! The conditioner is more like a cream or paste in consistency, not liquid, very dense, has a good smell. And if the shampoo is more or less rubbed over the head, then it is more difficult with conditioner. I just put a few portions on my palm and fingers and it is easier for me to cover all the hair; - Balm: it is necessary to rub twice a day into problem areas. I do it (or rather my wife does it for me) in the morning after breakfast and before bed. Balsam is a slightly oily, slightly viscous liquid, something in between in appearance between chocolate and pancake syrup. Has a pleasant smell. It is applied to the scalp with a pipette (it is built into the cap) and then rubbed in. The hair on which the balm falls immediately seems a little oily, but when the balm dries the hair looks good. All these procedures must be done daily. Considering that you need to thoroughly massage your head with shampoo and conditioner, be prepared for the fact that the morning shower will take a little longer than usual. I wish everyone to have healthy hair, have a lot or the desired amount of hair on the head and stay healthy!

I purchase these to help with my fine long hair. It drys out my hair so bad even with the conditioner that it would tangle and could not hardly come out. Would not recommend the shampoo and conditioner. The serum is yet to show results that I can see. Most likely just another "Snake Oil"

I have oily hair and I have to wash it twice with normal based shampoo at times ( I also don’t wash my hair daily - that’s not good for hair).This stuff strips all the gunk out. I use a quarter sized amount sometimes more ( it’s transparent with a hint of light green/yellow tint shampoo) and I really try to massage it into my hair for about the 3-4 minutes as recommended. Followed up with the conditioner and do the same.One I really love the scent of this shampoo & conditioner. I can’t put my finger on the notes, it’s like a minty smell maybe has tee tree fragrance, but it’s not overwhelming.I really love it- It smells divine to me.Anywho, My hair feels soft and it has a shine like I never seen before, but it’s not greasy! I’mGoing to wait a few days before I wash my hair next time to see if my hair will get greasy like others brands high & low prices that I’ve dropped money on.I know if the results continue as I’m seeing. Then they just got a new reoccurring costumer in terms of the clean feel I’m getting. I’m still waiting to see about hair loss results....from the two times I’ve used it I don’t experience hardly any hair fallout. It’s still early to determine though. I’m so stoked to find a product that might be ideal for me!Update: 9/30 I’m still continuing to use this set and I’ve experienced less hair fall out. Seriously like 1-2 strands. I usually have clumps of hair, then post shower my hair normally accumulated a ton of hair fallout during brushing. It’s been very minimal hair if anything mainly like split ends. I do have a tendency to slack with applying the serum after each wash. I get caught up and forget. My hair has also become less greasy ( normally 3 days my limit but I’ve gone 4 days just to test and my hair was not bad at all).I’m really excited and I hope my results continue post pregnancy ! I’ll be back to update again. This is the holy grail for excessive oily haired individuals!!

Really like this UP hair loss shampoo. It gave my fine and thinning hair more volume & shine than any hair loss shampoo I have tried so far and seems to have reduced hair fall significantly when I shampoo and comb it. Too soon to tell if it will improve hair growth as I have only been using for a couple of weeks. The serum also adds shine and manageability to my hair. However, there is too much fragrance in this for me and can only use it on the back of my head, and even then it is too strong. So this is disappointing as I would like to be able to apply it all over every day as instructed. The shampoo and conditioner have no noticeable lingering scent.
