These turkey forks are great for lifting boiled chicken as well as your turkey or for getting a roast out of the pan, etc. They're sturdy. I'm very pleased with this purchase

I love the quality of these forks. They are solid and prongs are fairly wide.

strong turkey lifting forks
I haven't used these yet or washed them but they feel very strong and being all metal will go in the dishwasher. There are plastic protectors on the ends of each prong which are difficult to pull off, but it seems a quality product.
