We like the quality, size, and how easy they are to swallow with fluids. These capsules are made from chicken sternal cartilage and is said to promote health joint function, comfortable movement, and strong connective tissue while maintaining normal moisture in aging skin. It's still early to assess how effective these capsules are in accomplishing these goals. These capsules do not contain yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish, nuts, or sesame ingredients, which should be helpful for those who allergic to these foods. These capsules are rather pricey, so it may be worth finding lower-cost alternatives that perform as well/accomplish the same results.

All my life I could never grow my free edge past 1/16” without the top layer starting to separate and peel. My nails have always been paper thin. About a month after taking 2 daily, my nails are no longer separating & are twice as thick.
