This light works wonders, my mom is 67 yrs old and lives in the basement. I don't like that she doesn't have enough sunlight in her room unless she comes upstairs. This gives great light makes u feel like your outside. Especially on dreary rainy days it's perfect! She loves it!! I recommend this light to anyone looking for a pick me up in a room with not much sunlight. 😁

I purchased this product to combat seasonal depression. It is supposed to be like being exposed to sunlight. It fits nicely on my bathroom counter and I turn it on while I'm taking a bath or at the sink getting ready for the day. It has a lot of interesting options that makes it stand out from other similar products:- It is compact and about the size and shape of a tablet, but lighter. It comes with a stand that is adjustable so you can control the angle of the light. Can be used while traveling because it is so compact- Adjustable intensity of the light if you happen to be sensitive to bright lights- blue light instead of white, though I don't know the use of this yet.- timer so the light can be used and turns off on its own after a set amount of time. I believe you can also set it to go off at a certain time.- controls are easy to use and understand so its not a complicated thing.- Its an LED light so its not drawing a huge amount of power but its packed with lumens (10,000, which is what was recommended by my therapist)So far I do believe it is helping me. My husband also used it this winter. The funny thing is sometimes when I have it on, even my cats like to sit in front of it and get some "sunlight" :PThis light was well worth the price and I highly recommend it.

In Minnesota winters the sun doesn't shine a lot. Th his light helps my mood when it is dreary out. I like the timer . It has different settings for brightness. Definitely worth buying.

I do not know if I have the right to review this product. It supposed to improve your mood, but my mood is fine. I have another problem – not enough hours in a day. Anyway I’ll do my best to describe this lamp to help you make an informed choice.The lamp is 10 x 7 x .67” in size, light weight, and comes with an adjustable wire stand. It is powered by a removable 19V power adapter. In the bottom of the panel there are control buttons and information display. You can switch between white and blue light and adjust each one at 4 brightness levels. Depending on the brightness the lamp consumes 5-30 W for white light and 3.7-19.9 W for blue one. If desired, you can setup a timer at 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes. The lamp is very bright, especially at the higher power levels. The blue light is not so bright, but still is bright enough so you cannot directly look at it.It appears to be a high quality product and, if light is what you need, it may be a good choice for you.

I had to try it to believe it and it does help!Something in the light makes u feel relaxed and happier. I like the blue light better than the white. I recommend this item. Worth the money !

I've used this lamp for almost two weeks now, and been quite pleased with it. The light is even and bright, with controls for brightness level and a timer. It has a blue light mode too, though I haven't used that. I've been carrying it to work in a backpack and it's light enough for that. Overall a pretty good light, I'll update after a few months of use

This really does lift your spirits. Just using it for 30 minutes a day for 1 week, I have noticed a difference in mine and my family's mood. Didn't realize just how much we need the sun for our mental health! Can't wait to use it over the long upcoming Iowa winter!

This is an awesome energy lamp if you feel depressed in the winter or when it’s dark. I have mine on by my bed, and I live the bright light and it even has a timer which is cool! A remote sound be awesome, but the timer helps with that!
