Fun to grow and delicious!
I love these mushrooms! I had such a fun time growing them and when I cooked up the white oyster mushrooms they were the most delicious thing I have ever cooked! I didn't harvest the pink oyster mushrooms soon enough so I didn't get to eat them but they were pretty and fun to grow.

Growing well and fun to watch!
We have already harvested one batch of the pink chanterelles and the oysters. They were fun to watch and tasted very good. I noticed a fine dust all over the area where they were sprouting and think it was spores. We are going to try to keep producing. Each log is now sprouting a second flush of mushrooms. They grow amazingly quickly. You can see increase in size in a single day.

Only 1 harvest
Super fun to grow but only got one harvest:/ other mushroom kits usually have up to 4 . I tried really hard to get it to regrow but had no luck

This is so cool! I started these less than a week ago, and have significant growth on pink. The white is just starting, but looking great! Haven't tasted yet, but am looking forward to it! So easy...instructions are great! I will do this again! Great gift for mushroom lovers!

Excellent kits for the $$.
I love that you get a bigger block than with back to the roots. Meaning more mushrooms. Both kits did a second harvest. And now are in hampers in straw out in my yard. Hoping for more flushes. Great kit for the money!

Grow Kit That Grows
The media could not be loaded. The video is 26 hours growth of the Pink Oyster Mushrooms occurring on day 5 to 6. Interesting, looks like the growth accelerated during the night. I did have a light shinning on it to help capture the video all night. Even the White Oyster Mushroom Kit started pinning too as you can see the plastic move. So I am a happy camper with these kits and can't wait to get to cooking them up. They arrived via USPS Priority mail very quickly.
