Chromo Inc 7" Tablet Google Android 4.4 with Touchscreen, Camera, 1024x600 Resolution, Netflix, Skype, 3D Game Supported - Green

Unfortunately I received a defective unit. When trying to operate google play or the internet, it would not load, and I have very fast wifi. I then found out that I could not turn the screen off nor could I power the tablet down. It is still on, but I can't even turn the screen on unless it is plugged in. Still nothing on it is operable. I ordered a blue one for my other son, and his came pre loaded with a couple of games, this one did not. As a matter of fact, there are several Chinese apps installed on this tablet, all very fishy compared to any other android I've owned. Definitely a first for me, there.Also, this one shipped from China and the blue one shipped from Whitestown, IN. I'm even waiting on a response to see if I will be able to return it. POOR customer service, poor quality.I will paste my review for the blue one that I ordered from a different seller, in case anyone receives one that isn't defective, I can give an honest review on it's quality. But note, the blue one I ordered did ship from the US, this green one did not.The tablet works alright, you get what you pay for. It's not very durable, feels like it could break easily and the screen scratches very easily with normal use. The resolution is a bit strange. I got it for my children but if I were to use it for any length I feel like it would give me a headache. Not easy on the eyes at all.Regular internet use, google play use and game use is pretty slow and the battery life is crap. I'm talking maybe 45mins-1.5hrs on game use. But again, you get what you pay for. Camera is awful, as well.My children are easily satisfied and somewhat patient, that's why I'm giving it a 3 star rating. If it were for my own personal use, I'd probably rate it 1 or 2 stars.

While it is no Galaxy or Nexus (what's with all the astronomy references tech industry?) It's your best bang for the buck. I have yet to try the HDMI out capabilities, but everything else is sound. It handles many of the higher end game reasonably well though lags a bit in the text entry area (the screen is very responsive, so assume downloading a different on screen keyboard may remedy this issue.). It was purchased for my son for homeschooling but isn't necessary at this stage of his progress so has filled in nicely the absence of my previous tablet (an irulu 10inch) which met early demise when I dropped if, cracking the screen. I would highly recommend this tablet for anyone looking for their child, just getting stated in the world of tablets, or something to just toss in your purse/glove box/etc to have on hand to pass the time (great for reading.)

I brought this from my nephew who is nine years old for his birthday and he went crazy he loves it he's able to watch movies play games search the net and to write out his HW with the use of a writing app. As for setting it up it was not difficult the only issue I have is that it's very slow I know I should not compared to an IPad because it's not in the same category as it but if you're looking for something quick and cheap and to get the job done this is it. Hello I'm giving you full of stars is because it's very slow and I really don't like the way the screen looks it has a 1990s screen

I like this for it's intention. Got each of my 6 year olds one for Christmas as their first tablet. It's a perfect size for them and it does all we need it to do. The battery doesn't last very long but it's no problem charging it. The only struggle we've had is it running out of space to download new games as that is mainly what they use them for. We have to delete some to get new ones. It did say we could use a SM card to add additional space but we haven't tried that yet. So far it's good though and the boys love them!

I bought this tablet for my 16 year old daughter. She loves the bright color and slim design. It is easy to charge ,and holds a charge well.The apps are easy to use and the camera produces a good quality of pictures The only two issues she has been disapointed in, are there were 100's of preloaded game pictures, and it takes an extremely long time to delete them. It will not let you delete more than one at a time. The other issue is it does seem to freeze at times and you have to turn it off to get it going again therefore losing your work at times

We bought 2 of these tablets for our boys this Easter. Now at first I would have given them a higher rating because they worked great, seemed fairly durable, and had a lot to offer, however toward the end of May our eldest barely dropped his tablet resulting in a crack near the middle of the screen rendering one side of the screen completely useless. Mind you, it was a 3ft drop, in its case, onto carpet and was completely my son's own doing but it was questionable. Our youngest's tablet just stopped working. We would charge it, hit the power button and the Chromo screen would pop up and it would look like it's powering on and then the screen goes white and it shuts down. We even tried powering it up while on the charger and the results were the same. This started happening in June. It's not like they were playing it all the time either, we're pretty strict about time spent on devices. I know they are fairly cheap/affordable, but even for this price I would have hoped for more than just a couple months of use. It's really disappointing because I expected more from the brand.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 8 year old son and he loves it. It's was easy to set up and even though it did come with some bot wear installed, it can be removed by uninstalling it. The only other issue is had was that it didn't have Bluetooth connection capabilities, however if I would have actually read more about it before I purchased it, I would have discovered that tidbit of info. Other than that, my son enjoys it.
