I really like this devise. I bought 2 one of them didn't last as long so I was sad. But the other one is holding up. I use it for teaching and wish the clip on the devise wouldn't snap

I got the amplifier set with the wireless mic and a wired one. I really liked this product. Great sound, great connection, and works very well in my classroom. At about 1.5 years of owning this and using it 5 days a week for 180 days of school per year, the wireless mic died. At the 2 year mark, the amplifier died. It’s started with the sound breaking up and screeching noises until it simply wouldn’t work. Good product, but I wished it lasted a bit longer for $50

I taught with this device all day and was able to keep at a gentle speaking volume while teaching classes of 28 xylophone players. The speaker is lightweight and the Bluetooth is extremely useful. I can place the speaker in the back of the room so students can hear me no matter how far away they are. It worked for both indoor and outdoor activities. The students loved it and felt that they could follow instructions better. I like how much easier it will be to talk at concerts whenever those resume as well.I have not yet tried playing music through the speaker so I cannot comment on that. Based on other reviews, I assume that I will need a separate Bluetooth speaker in order to do folk dances with teacher calls.The only reason this lost a star is because my head is small and the headband does not stay on. I have tried putting it on top, around the back, leaning forward, on the neck and I struggle with it not falling off. An adjustable band would help a lot. Please consider that for future designs.Overall, this is a great starter model if you want to give voice amplification a try without spending a lot of money. It is great for teaching and directing music rehearsals.

The setting I use it in is a small classroom and it works very well. It allows me to keep my voice at a normal speaking level and be heard by my students. I usually wear it as a necklace but have also used it on my waistband just fine. I just prefer being about to quickly raise or lower the volume and wearing it as a necklace seems to work best for that. This would work in a much larger setting than I am using it for i.e. an auditorium, larger classroom, fitness center, etc. I think it would work great for theater students whose school doesn't have microphones. The battery lasts a very long time. There are features I have not used so can't report on them but for simply being able to turn it on and get teaching quickly it is quite effective and easy to use. What I have enjoyed the most is the sound quality. I get clear, crisp sound with NO shrill sounds unless the microphone is right up against the unit then it will squeal loudly. I definitely recommend this microphone.

When it works, it’s loud. But if your headset gets too close to the speaker there’s very loud annoying feedback. This happens whether I used the wireless or wired headset. It also quit working randomly, it will connect and work for a few seconds, then quit working. If I turn it off and on I get a few seconds of a working amplifier, this is annoying in the middle of teaching a fitness class. This is happening with both headsets (wireless and wired). I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting the wireless headset, but no luck. It’s the actual speaker (voice amplifier) that isn’t working. The blue blinking light is only blinking red, while charging and while trying to use it. I give up. I’ve ordered a different one, different brand. I need a voice amplifier for my fitness classes.

This little device was purchased to assist in giving instructions for an art lass during Covid times. It works pretty well. I have found that it is not very loud when attached to my belt, but it really shines when it is placed across a small room with me on one side and the speaker on the other. Reception is good out to as far as I have needed which is about 50 feet with the wireless headset. The unit is small and sits perfectly on a table top or counter. For a small investment it is a handy device that can help amplify your voice in a teaching or lecture situation. It feels surprisingly solid for what it is. It comes with a USB charger cable and both wired and wireless headsets. Overall very pleased with the build and quality. This is not designed to broadcast music and it is not going to give the volume and power of a full blown PA system but in a small speaking setting where you need to be heard it is a cool little device that will get the job done. I bought this because my students had trouble hearing me in class. It worked marginally well the first time I used it. It wasn't quite loud enough when used outdoors. The device stopped working the second time I tried to use it. I brought it back from the first class in my backpack. The speaker doesn't have a case nor are the controls fenced. It managed to turn itself on and drain the battery. I tried recharging it to no avail. I left it on the included charger for over a week, waiting for the light to stop blinking according to the manual. It never stopped blinking. I took it to my last class and it died with in 5 minutes. I do not recommend this speaker system.

This is one of the BEST small on the go amps you can get. Highly recommended
