This is a nice bathroom faucet. It was a straightforward install for the most part. Once I got the faucet itself in, it was the pop-up lever for the drain stopper that was difficult. I forgot to attach it before inserting the faucet into the sink’s three faucet holes. But because the lever goes in at an angle towards the drain, the lever wouldn’t easily attach to the lower piece that attaches to the stopper metal thingamajig with the holes in the drain. But then it occurred to me to just bend the metal piece with the holes in two places, one about an inch from the bottom end, then another bend a couple inches further up. The first bend moves the bottom hole toward the end (farthest from the drain) of the rod that lifts the stopper, the second bend brings the metal piece back up to meet the lever. Once completed, the faucet operates nicely. The pressure is a little lower (but that saves on water) and it’s not noisy. The faucet is well made. It also comes with the cold and hot supply hoses which are color coded. It also comes with a new drain with stopper assembly but I didn’t use it. Instructions were clear and easy. I also used silicon rubber to seal the faucet to my sink. And the faucet fits perfectly in the existing holes in my sink, 4” on center.

Very nice, seems durable, like all things only time will truly tell how well it lasts.First time installing a faucet, super easy to install with one exception, the pull rod is a P.I.T.A.. Overall nice product will be buying 3 more. Definitely would recommend.

Would be absolutely good, if stainless future added.

I ordered two of these for a simple upgrade in the kids bathroom and I'm happy. At this price point you are not going to get your typical brass faucet, these do seem to be manufactured with some sort of heavy duty plastic so the silicon caulk which other reviewers noted was necessary was something I had to seek out. This was my first faucet install and I relied on some videos via YouTube to guide me through. The installation directions are not comprehensive.The one thing I was surprised and impressed by was the customer service! I had mistakenly lost one of the components (valve/washer) in the drain set up, which had caused it to leak. Once I figured out what the problem was I reached out via email to their customer service and within a day or so they got back to me. I wasn't optimistic that it would turn out well because the product clearly comes from overseas, but I have to commend them for the excellent customer service! Once we determined what I needed they quickly got another drain set out and had it shipped overnight/two day air so I could get the sink up and running again. This is a stylish and good functioning faucet that is a great value. I'm not sure about the longevity of the faucets being plastic not brass, but we were only looking for a short term solution anyway.

It looks nice and was fairly simple to install. I was nervous to do this myself, but once I read the directions and had everything I needed right in the box, I just did it.

Not even two months later. And the paint is coming off. Yes I got what I paid for. Something cheap and now ugly in my bathroom.

I purchased two of these faucets for our bathrooms to replace two very old Moen which were slowly leaking after probably twenty years plus of use. I was happy with the price but had a bit of a problem with their installation by a professional plumber. The first faucet had a drain seal slow leak problem due to a relatively thin rubber seal. The plumber, eventually, had to install a different drain with a thicker seal which resolved the leak issue. The other problem we had with both faucets was with the spout. Apparently the aerator is connected to a plastic tubing inside of the hollow body of the faucet. If the aerator is not connected properly to the tube the water leaks inside the hollow faucet body and, in return, leaks through the upper part of the faucet to the space under the sink. We had to replace both aerator rubber seals with the thicker spare seal provided in the package to resolve the hollow body leaks. Once that was done everything was OK. Now both faucets work great, no more issues so far. I only gave them three stars due to the numerous initial problems with their installation and the necessity to use a different drain to one of the bathrooms. Will update, in time, to see their reliability in the long run.
