Surprised at the high quality of this cookbook. Nice heavy pages. It's nice buying something that is built to last. Haven't really dived into it thoroughly but quite impressed with the introduction and the recipes look delicious.Bon appetit.

great presentations and pictures and very nice format....and some great ideas for cooking too..things just got easier and faster in my kitchen

Hubs got us an Insta-Pot for Christmas. I've never wanted one but I know couples that can't live without theirs. I wasn't using it. I really needed a variety of recipes to better understand what is best cooked in this device. Saving pins of recipes wasn't helping. This book was highly rated by owners and now I see why. If I have a taste for a certain meat, I look through the well-organized recipies for one that inspires me (short-ribs are the best in an I-Pot). It's our go-to time and again. A must for a wedding gift.

The book was initially lost in the holiday shuffle and it was reported by Amazon before I was concerned about the book’s delivery. True to their word, another replacement book was sent to the house. the book has a nice, enduring spiral design; it is colorful and easy to use. A wonderful addition to our collection of cook books through the years. The book is highly recommended, but the replacement policy of Amazon is commendable!

The first items I wanted to cook involved meat such as corned beef and baby back ribs & could find no advise in the book

I really like the format of this cookbook. The binder and glossy pages with photos is my favorite format when using a cookbook. Unfortunately, there just weren't any 'good' recipes that my family would like. Everything has an odd twist. Now of course, you can eliminate those ingredients or make substitutions, but that's not what I bought a cookbook for! What's so wrong with coming up with a cookbook for families to make every day recipes that kids will eat, don't have 10-20 ingredients, and truly celebrate the whole purpose of me buying an Insta Pot? Most of these recipes have multi, multi steps, lots of ingredients and take a lot longer than this working mom who wants to put tasty home cooking on the table, has time for. Why can't the Amazon listings include a list of what recipes are included in the cookbooks? I would think that would save so many returns. Sorry, but this is going back, and I'll just head to Costco or Sams to look through their cookbooks.

Second time I opened the file the top rivet came away from the folder and recipes, Now as it is not secured it is hard to use and am very disappointed.

It's excellent. It's extremely well made and organized and tons of the recipes look so delicious and easy to make.I love everything about it . The font is large and easy to read . There's no rambling on. its the ingredients , recipe, and picture .I will try to make every recipe over the next year . I have bought a few cookbooks for my instant pot. This one is by far the best one.

Best cook book you will ever find for instapot. Easy directions and ingredients. Full color pictures for each dish on every page. Just buy it now. Highly recommended!

This three-hole binder has some terrific looking recipes. Once I receive the section for Beans & Grains (pages 105-146), I'll write a proper review.A complete book arrived, and I've had a chance to try some of the recipes. They are straightforward, make use of common ingredients, are easy to follow, and produce good, sometimes spectacular, results. A worthwhile substitute for the mediocre recipe pamphlet that came with the Pot. Four Stars!

What good is a cook book if you can't see what it is supposed to look like when it is done. This book has pictures on every page. Pictures make you say " I want to make that."
