Amaretti Cookie Snaps by Lazzaroni (7 ounce)

Cookies arrived on time. Ordered for friend who wants to use them in a dessert. They were in good shape. Very tasty as amaretto is noticeable.

I bought these cookies to use as a crust for a cheesecake, which worked well. However the cookies were all smashed when I received them . More care needs to be taken on how there shipped so there not all broken.

Well, the bad news is I bought a small bag And there wasn’t enough However, the good news is I bought a small bag so I couldn’t eat too many because believe me if they were in my house, I would’ve been eating them until they were gone

These were ok. Almost had a burnt aftertaste. I will not buy these again.

Buying these in bulk rather than the cute two-snap size although wrapped in colorful thin paper is much less expensive. They are also offered as an Add-On so you cannot beat the price.Amazon packs very well. There were very few broken snaps. Not that it much mattered because I was not serving them to company.Totally delicious! The amaretto taste cannot be beat by any other competitor. Lazarro is justly famous for this light, crunchy Italian cookie. I eat a few with my espresso after a few slices of delivered pizza. They are satisfying and light; perfect for a little something sweet after dinner.And if for some reason, you find yourself with a bag of crumbs at the bottom of the bag after inhaling (I mean eating) the whole snaps, save the crumbs and sprinkle them over ice cream. You can also use them in recipes for pie crust.I keep them in s ziplock bag to preserve the crunchiness. Simply using a rubber band around the rolled up bag will not preserve the crunch in high humidity.

Not for me. Bought these because I had received a different brand of amaretti cookies from an Italian snack box and loved them. These were very, very strong. Tasted like perfume, almost a poison taste. Extremely strong almond, amaretto flavor. Maybe okay for use as an ingredient (a neat cheesecake crust?) but awful on their own.
