It was very easy to install and connect to the wifi. You can barely notice that it is actually a camera, it looks just like a clock. The video is pretty clear. Works just as intended

The camera had good picture overall it was clear and easy to see on my phone. however the app is in Chinese and is hard to set up initially. Nigh vision also had a clear picture and was easy to see on my phone. The blue tooth speaker worked excellent. the sensitivity with the motion sensor was way too high even on the lowest setting... I have to leave my living room fan going constantly and the string for the fan/light would set it off making my phone blow up in the middle of the afternoon when I was at work. with that said I returned this item due to not being able to reset it up after it got unplugged from the wall for a short period of time. I though it was working but a few short hours later it stopped, I did try to reboot the camera several times but was only given a Chinese symbol as an error had occurred. I returned this item on 8/6/19 and according to UPS it was received by the dock clerk at 8/9/19 at noon and as of 8/12/19 I have yet to receive my refund which is why it is only getting 1 star.

Overall this is a good product:On the plus side:+ The speaker is decent, and the ability to play music via Bluetooth or from a Micro SD card is a nice feature.+ It serves as a perfectly functional alarm clock for bedside use if desired.+ The camera provides a very clear picture with decent night vision. You can see clearly across the room in complete darkness.+ The motion sensor is very good for the purposes of alerting you (perhaps a little TOO sensitive).+ The camera's field of view is good (not great), but be aware that placement of the device needs to be fairly elevated to pick up the majority of a room in that field.On the minus side:- Documentation is abysmal; not just that the instructions are poorly translated, they are incomplete.- The app associated with the camera is not user-friendly at all. Setting up the camera on Wi-Fi for initial use took WAAAY longer than other security cameras I have used. It keeps trying to add another WI-Fi camera I have on my network to its list, so every time I open the app, I have to "cancle" it (how it's spelled in the app).- The Micro SD needs to be removed and reinserted to get the camera to recognize it if it goes offline or needs to be reset.- Once, the app kept pushing motion alerts non-stop to my phone. The only way to correct this was to turn off the alerts completely or reset the camera. Not a great situation to be in if you are away from home... This hasn't occurred since I reset the device. As long as the Micro SD card is installed & recognized as such, it will still record motion alerts or non-stop if desired.If you aren't reliant on remote "push" notification to alert you immediately on motion detection, I think this is a good product for the money. There are other 3rd party apps to control Wi-Fi cameras; if one of them could work with this device, this would be a winner.

I ordered this once, was unhappy, re-ordered this, and it was the same fiasco. The clock works fine enough but to get it to connect to my bluetooth phone was impossible. There is no tech support to speak of and even the website no longer exists. It may be that I missed something but I tried for a long time and couldn't get it and I am pretty tech savvy. There probably is a way to make it work but with no clear instructions and no tech support this product is useless.

UPDATE: Stopped working after a couple years. Cheap crap from China.I repeatedly set this camera to only turn on when the motion sensor is activated but this camera is always recording on the SD card.The instructions are horribly translated and not useful.The picture quality is poor.I contacted the seller and I will update this review if the seller contacts me instruct me on whether the motion sensor can be properly activated.UPDATE: Seller responded with an answer that had nothing to do with my problem/question. Then they responded with an answer in the German language with an incorrect answer.

I have spent hours trying to get this thing to work. When eventually connected it records NON STOP,filling up my SD card, even when configured only for motion detection. I have tried to reset and even when my phone is connected to the LAN of this rubbish my phone cannot see it, I scan the QR code and my it sees it, but cannot connect.TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT BUY
