Pretty good, I mean, they work... BUT, could be so much better!
They do what they are supposed to do, that's the bottom line. However, there's a significant room for improvement and a V2 product or competitior to make these way better.1. The ski attachment point - it's good, but it's a single wrap system, as it goes around one time and velcros. The loop is a nice neoprene which allows for protection and some compression so they're not all loosey goosey on there.THE PROBLEM HERE: The velcro strap is way long, leaving a tail that it kind of in the way and coullld be trimmed, but the pull tab for removal is at the end... if you know how to sew, trimming and redoing the pull tab would work great.BETTER IDEA: A loop back system, plastic hoop, thread through and around, this would allow you to wrap twice taking up all the extra slack.BETTER IDEA 2: A bungie type cord (similar to say a helmet goggle strap holder on the back of your helmet) with a plastic "hook" system. Faster, easier, totally secure and probably more cost effective to manufacture than sewing neoprene and velcro. On to the worst part of this design. The pole carrier straps... this part of the design straight up sucks. It works, but it really is poo. It's just a single long piece of double sided velcro so you have to "roll" your poles, which works great on one side, until you have to fidget with the other.BETTER IDEA: Back to the bungie cord concept. The shoulder strap part is mediocre. The "pad" slides too easily, perhaps on purpose to allow moving skis from one angle to another, but if people knew the proper way to actually carry skis on a system like this, having the shoulder pad set inplace with simple double slit system would drastically improve useabillity.CARRY YOUR SKIS LIKE A RIFLE. You sling them over your shoulder so the top of the skis in pointing UP behind you and the bottom of the skis are pointing down and forwards and kind of braced up against your hip at the middle point. I should have taken a pic (I'll add one later to show this).

Cool in Practice. Well Made. But I Rarely Use Them As Intended
These were a really cool concept when I first saw them. I bought them because they matched my ski boot bag and my ski bag. I figured it would be a cool way to carry my skis without the ski bag.The quality is good and I am happy with. The velcro is incredibly strong, you almost need two hands to peel it open. The protective pads are strips of neoprene (like in a wetsuit) which makes them durable and protective. The overall quality is good. The only complaint I would have is that it is actually a lot more of a pain to set up then its usually worth. So I don't think I have ever used them as intended in the photos. I tried one time and it was honestly a disaster. They need to be placed in a very particular place among the skis. Trying to get the ski poles in there is really finicky and even then not super secure. Overall it was a pain to setup and took longer than if I had carried them "the old fashioned way".But what I found that they are good at is keeping the skis together, but still protected from each other. So when I know I won't be skiing for a week or two, I will wrap the skis in these and then put them like this into my ski bag. This keeps the skis from rubbing against each other, peeling off wax, etc. It keeps them well protected from sliding around. So I have used them in that regard. Overall, for the price, I wasn't disappointed. I don't know if I would buy them if I was doing it again, but since I have them, I have found a use for them.

super convenient ski caddy!
bought these so i could carry my skis through the parking lot to the lodge more easily, and it certain does as advertised!i've got skiboards, so placing the straps around the riser is a little tricky, but honestly just slapping these on anywhere on the bare ski is secure and stable enough for me to carry these the quarter mile walk on busy days at the resort. i also like that its got an extra strap to hold poles. the straps are sturdy and come with a neoprene overlay to help protect the skis which is very nice as well. once you step in, these are super lightweight and small, can easily fit in a backpack pocket, or hip pack.highly recommend!

Velcro straps for poles are pretty useless
These are good value for the money and perfectly fine for carrying skis. It's just that the velcro straps for the poles are a bit too short for my poles (which, granted, are from the 1980s and thicker than poles nowadays). It would have been better if the straps were a bit longer or --- better yet --- used snaps (instead of velcro) like other similar ski carriers in this price range. Instead, I have to carry the poles separately. I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn't for that. I'm still debating whether to return this.

Buy these if you love your kids.
Do you like carrying your kid's skis and poles from the car to the lift line, in addition to your own? Do you feel like that makes you a better parent? If you have many kids, do you feel like it makes you a betterer parent to carry their skis and poles too? If you answered yes, then move on, and good luck on winning that parent of the year title. If you're like me and you prefer to reserve your energy for the slopes, or your nerves for the kids ski lessons, then buy these. They are great because it lets the kindlings carry their own crap with ease and without complaint. And that's great, because I love my kids and I love to ski with them, but I don't love their skis, or their poles, or their whining. Its bad enough that I have to spend wheelbarrows full of money every year to buy new gear that they outgrew in a scant 12 months. I shouldn't have to carry it all too. The physical burden only reminds me of the financial burden. But I digress, just buy these if you love your kids. Also, if you don't have kids, these still work great, but you clearly don't need my sage advice.

Patience required
The product is very well made, but you really need to be patient when attaching your skies….on top of everything else you’re carrying to or from the slopes
