I love love love this bible! I am not artsy at all and I love that this has color all throughout just like bible journaling without having to be creative which is a huge struggle for me personally! 😂 for sure recommend this one!

Exactly as described. 'Beautiful Word' is filled with lovely artistic graphics and typography that showcase different passages and lines throughout each book. The pages are perfect for reflection and journaling, whether you are creating your own word art or writing notes.

I absolutely adore this bible. The pages feel a little more substantial than regular bible pages and I've used Pigma graphic pens and Spectrum Noir pencils on it (the last pic, with the treble clef, is my own work and using those) with no bleed through, although there is a little ghosting. The pre-decorated pages are just gorgeous and there are plenty of blank (lightly lined) margins for your own designs and illustrations or just even notes. For anyone who is looking for an NIV, single column, journaling bible this is definitely the one to choose!

Having degrees in Ministry and Religious Studies I have just about every version of the Bible. I was looking for a Bible without notes and highlighting when I came across this lovely, beautiful NIV Bible. I like that the text is in one column making it easier on these aging eyes of mine. The pictures are well done, placed in such a way they enhance not distract the eyes from the Sacred Word. The cover is very pretty and soft. The pages are thin as most Bible pages are. The pages do have space on the side for lined note taking however I think this would show through onto the back of the page. Christ's words are not in red which is a personal preference. It comes in a sturdy box as well. The text is very small but with glasses and slight cataracts I can read the words fairly easily. I am thrilled to have gifted myself this Bible for Christmas and recommend.
