This Microphone sounds great and has a nice look
This Microphone sounds great and has a nice look to the mic itself. I use this mic for voice and sounds much better for me then the EV-320 that it replaced. The only con is the ugly shock mount with the big nob on the bottom. This mic should of been made with threads so it could be used with more mounts. I had to modify a threaded shock mount to fit as the SE mount. Not only is the shock mount ugly but looks undersized for the mic. The shock mount does work fine, but did I mention how ugly it is? I give the mic 5 stars still as I seen the shock mount in pics and planed to replace it. SE Electronics, I would recommend making a shock mount that looks as good as the mic sounds, and out of metal not plastic. The pop filter is also ugly and lets a lot of air past it. The filter also changes the sound of the voice drastically. A good filter and shock mount and this mic will sound and look like a four digit priced setup.

I am very pleased with the microphone and I have nothing to b$()$ ...
It's not often that I review a product to be honest with you. But I really have to give it to SE for creating a microphone that is quality and does exactly what it should. I am very pleased with the microphone and I have nothing to b$()$ about. This microphone is acceptable in every sense of the word. It's not super expensive but you get an expensive result in sound. I'm never buying another microphone ever again and if this one breaks which new flash.. this thing is built like a tank (no plastic garbage) and is hand crafted i'll only buy this same microphone again. The sound is so... on point unlike pretty much all over mics. Get the d349 mic.. you'll be really happy you did.

Aaand I'm out $300....
After doing literally 4 or 5 hours of research, I decided to go with this microphone. A couple of websites had this listed as one of the top mics or the top mic anywhere around this price range, and even ranked it over familiar companies and industry standard mics.I'll save you some time - the mic they gave me doesn't work. There is no pickup, meaning that no matter how loud i scream or turn up the gain, this mic won't pick it up. Tested it at my house, a friend's house, and a music store, all to no avail. While at the music store, they plugged my mic into their setup, switched the board over to condenser settings (otherwise it wouldn't work regardless), and nothing was heard other than a humming like it was waiting on me to say something. They unplugged it and threw in an $80 mic with the exact same setup and it rang through the store immediately. This $300 mic got beat by an $80 mic...Look, i know it's possible that i got the one bad one out of a batch of however many, but 300 bucks is 300 bucks. i can't return it because i built my setup 1 piece at a time over 3-4 months, with this mic being the first piece. It's past the return period which i understand, but it doesn't work. Tried to set up a return or exchange because this thing sounds like it's awesome and i want a working one, but the dealer (not amazon) will not respond.Lastly, just to cover my bases, yes the rest of my setup is legit, no i didn't poorly handle the mic (it left the box only during testing), mic never got wet or hit with static electricity, all cables hooked up are correct, phantom power was the required 48v, etc. If you read all of this, I thank you for your time. i can't say it's a bad mic because i never got to see it in action, just make sure you can test it right away and make sure amazon handles everything as the dealer is very slow to answer, if at all...

More Pros Than Cons
So far I really like this mic, but I'm still getting a lot of white noise hence the four star rating. I'm sure it's mostly my fault, I don't have the best set up or programs and I'm still getting used to the mic and trying to optimize it for the programs I use. Still the audio is crisp and nice when I'm speaking. I would recommend this product for sure! It does come with a pop filter, or wind screen, or whatever you want to call it, but it's not great and I'd recommend buying a better one. The mic is a bit loose in the frame it comes with though which I really don't like!

Amazing sound
I did a test was this and an SM58. The tone and clarity of this eS2200a 2 C is incredible. I guess that's to be expected when comparing these two but I'm still really happy with how it sounds. The pop filter it comes with makes the plosives sound like you're blowing through a comb. I prefer a fabric pop filter.

Buy It As Soon As You Can
I don't believe there is a better mic for the money available today. You are getting a lot of quality for not a lot of money. A good quality mic is one of the most important pieces of equipment you need and this is the fastest way to get it without spending a small fortune.

Crisp male vocal
I like the voicing of this mic! Reasonably priced and haven't even used it on my guitar amp yet, but will be able to.
