I bought this mainly for tapping holes, but found it works wonders anywhere a tooth is cutting metal. I use a chop saw with a carbide tipped blade for cutting aluminium bar and tube prior to machining, this kept getting clogged teeth until I started putting a couple of drops of this on the cut line before cutting. That's all it takes to give a smooth quiet cut with no clogging. Fantastic stuff, makes manual hacksawing way easier too.

Amazon to the rescue again, when local suppliers surprising don't stock this. Great item, great price, great delivery.

Works well. I couldn't get the old rocol product. But this works perfectly. If you drill a lot of steel, or hole saw. Get a bottle of this, your tools will thank you for it!

Hi. High this Moly slip cutting oil seams a little expensive BUT definitely helps the drill bit cut through the metal & keeps the drill cool & prolongs the drill bits, Nice dispensing bottle.

If you have never tried this product you are in for a revelation. It transforms cutting of all types of tools, keeps the edge on cutters and drills much longer than the usual gunge. On flat surface cuts it has the ability to keep the swarf in a tidy bundle around the cut, so easy to keep hollow cutters clear. Economical in use. Highly recommended.

I've never used cutting oil when drilling or cutting metal. I had to drill out some screw heads and, having invested in a decent set of cobalt drills, thought I'd do things properly. Applied a drop of the Moly to the screw head and drilling results were brilliant. I even went back to some old HSS bits and tried those - very impressive. Eased and improved cutting and prevented drill bit overheating. Well worth the investment.

Never used a cutting oil before,bought loads of drill bits past and present…..so thought I’d give it ago(try and preserve the life abit more of the ones I have)I had to drill out a 15mm diameter hole on my cars diff mount,new drill bit,used this and it cut through with ease(drill bit didn’t get to hot,cut nice,and at the end of it looked like a nice new drill bit that could be used again…..how I see it,it’s got to be better than not using it…..as these things take some abuse
