Low quality machine, even lower quality customer service.
Do not order from Printerland, they ask you 20 questions when trying to return despite their '30 day return' policy clearly stated on the advertisements. I've had to contact and get amazon involved to resolve. The machine specifically is not fit for purpose, and not of good quality.
