This bag confuses me because it has many features I like, but most of them have small issues that I wonder why they weren't part of the design.It is comfortable to wear, the pockets work well for what I want to store and access, it's not too heavy and the fabric seems like it will hold up.Here are the parts I'm not not so sure about:1. There is no reinforcing / stiffening for things like the main laptop pouch or the small internal pocket. They just flop, so it's easy to end up trying to put something in the wrong place even when holding it open. Something in the seam at the top edge of either would have gone a long way to help with that.2. The front side opening pocket has a nice pull with a loop. The problem is the pull goes down and the loop is heavy. This means it's fairly easy for the pocket to be opened at random times, and you can't use the metal loop for anything because that would just make it open faster. I end up tucking it in the second pocket to keep it closed.3. The side pockets are nice but are very difficult to close single handedly. Also neither of them is deep enough to be used to hold a water bottle or coffee cup, leaving you no place to put either with the bag unless it's inside with your stuff and not very accessible.

Look the pack looks great and because of the colors and style the designer went with, the bag looks great even when rugged and worn.I mean to be honest, the bag looks just as I got it. The side usb works great and It's a great pack for travelling.But the only downside is that while the pack has multiple compartments and a laptop sleeve, the pack itself is not huge so beware.For the price your getting it for oh most definitely I don't regret it one bit.

Using it for school. It's comfortable, and the straps are placed just right so the straps don't feel like they are falling off. Carries a good chunk of my school gear and the weight is distributed well on my back.
