Black Wool Felt Low Short Top Hat Victorian Topper Hats for Women Men

I always wanted a top hat. I chose this model because it’s short, and so doesn’t look too costume-y. It seems to be sturdy and well-made. It arrived safely in a box rather than a bag, as another customer had complained about. I had measured my head following instructions posted by a haberdasher. The measurement fell in the size medium range. The hat is just a tad too big, but I don’t plan on returning it. Rather, I will affix a few foam pads that came with a bike helmet for a snugger fit.

I just got my new top hat. The fit from the guide worked out great! The quality is nice. It was a good value.

Bought this for a Stevie Nicks costume. Wow, so well made for the price. I bought the smaller size and it’s a bit tight but I decided to keep it anyway. It’ll be great for other costumes down the road.

The hat is really beautiful. Better than the photos, in my opinion.It took a while to get here, and the tracking info is somewhat vague. But it did arrive, wrapped in an air bubble and plastic. Other than purposely trying to crush it, there's no way shipping could have damaged the hat. Needless to say, it is in perfect condition.We had questions/issues with the sizing & fit. Polar opposite of most experiences with Chinese customer service, this store responded VERY quickly (three times!), going above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the purchase.We ordered a 7-1/8, and it doesn't fit. Its definitely too small. After working with the store, however, we decided to keep the hat and put it to good use another way (we cosplay).We are satisfied all around, and definitely recommend this seller and the hat (just make sure you measure correctly!)

Looks great, not snug good thing I ordered the largest.Stiffer then I thought and was worried when I saw it was in a bag. No damage or dents.

I purchased this hat to wear to a Fleetwood Mac tribute concert. I added some temporary embellishments, which made it PERFECT for the event. Very well-made. Highly recommend.

Not too tall, not too short. Just right for my head and height.

Other than that, if it fit right and worked well for my head shape i wouldve worn this hat on the regular
