These are strong, well-made wooden hangers for clothing. They're a perfect thickness to prevent clothing from crushing together and wrinkling. Some reviewers have mistaken these for coat hangers, but in fact they're a nice light-weight hanger that's appropriate for even the most delicate clothing. They are not heavy weight hangers for coats. Other reviewers have complained of splinters. Perhaps this company has fixed quality control issues, but all of the 210 hangers we've received are beautifully finished and splinter-free. They are so much nicer than plastic hangers, we'll never buy plastic again.

Our COVID closet remodel completed, I bought 200 of these hangers to finish the look. I received 5 huge boxes with my order, and they were well packaged to keep them from rubbing on each other. A great deal of my work tops are lightweight and stretchy (knit). I had done a lot of Amazon research to find hangers that wouldn't distort/stretch that type of cloth. These looked great, reviews were great, and so I bought them. I was not disappointed! None of the other brands/designs had the right hanger shape, and their anti-slip technology didn't look as useful as this brand's did. These hangers looked just like the product photos. They are sturdy enough for sweatshirts, thick sweaters, long dresses, and lightweight jackets, but I don't know if I would hang heavy winter coats on them. It did support one during a brief test, though. The "Vintage" color is a lovely medium-dark brown. They seem to be well constructed, and since they are essentially plywood (wood glued with the grain layered in different directions), they are stronger than traditional solid wood hangers. The anti-slip technology is a semi flexible plastic or thick rubber. It holds lightweight cloth very well, but doesn't stretch it oddly out of shape. Medium and heavy weighted fabrics also lay fine on these hangers. While I did not notice a distinct smell emanate from them, I did notice that my sinuses began to feel strange after an hour of being in the small room with them. I do have seasonal allergies, and am sensitive to these things as it is. I believe the "smell" was gone after a day or so. All in all, after living with these hangers for about five months, I still love them! Definitely recommend. Well worth the price. Will definitely buy again, if I need more.

I have spent my entire life never once paying money to buy coat hangers. For most of my life I couldn’t throw them away fast enough. I’ve seen and used them in every style possible, from metal (NO wire coat hangers) to plastic to almost every wood design you can imagine. Lately I’ve ended up with more clothes than hangers and wanted something less bulky but yet stronger and more supportive of my clothes, in other words so they don’t slip off and fall to the floor. Imagine actually shopping for a coat hanger. These caught my eye for a couple of reasons. They are very slim so they don’t add bulk to make hanging my clothes up a chore. The hook is strong chrome steel and swivels. That is important to me because my private closet is designed in such a way that the hooks hang with the open end facing toward me but my other closets are designed with the open end facing away. And most important, they feature a unique rippled anti-slip guard that grips like glue making it virtually impossible for clothing to slip off to the floor. They are wide-shouldered hangers to help avoid awkward distortion of clothes after they hang for a while and they are shaped like natural shoulders. It amazes me how few hangers let clothes hang naturally. And finally, they look good. That may sound silly but I when the hangers look nice the entire closet looks more organized. I considered the price reasonable for the high quality of these hangers and I’ve used them for a variety of clothing types and they work for all of them. These hangers are highly recommended.

I honestly thought all wood hangers and plush satin hangers where interchangeably useful for my delicates UNTIL I ordered these wood hangers. WOW. I already use stain plush or wooden hangers because : 1.) Plastic ones warp over time with any amount of weight or they just break 2.) Velvet one shed their crap all over my clothes or they just break But when you have wide-necked tops or especially off-shoulder tops, there is the whole other problem of keeping the damn things on the hanger at all! Where my old favorite satin hangers take up too much closet space, these wooden hangers fit the bill without causing shoulder bumps! I feel so silly for never having looked for non-slip strips on my hangers because they are pure genius! They work great and don't take up much space, not to mention the gorgeous natural wood finish that looks nice and also keeps your clothing investment pieces looking smooth and sleek! For now, I grab these non-slip hangers for especially problematic tops, dresses & sweaters with wide necklines, but in the future I'll be slowly replacing all of my old plastic ones and even my other wooden ones that just have spaghetti strap notches (which we all know don't work very well). Do yourself a favor and buy these exact wooden hangers and gift them to someone who needs them in their lives, too.

Ended up taking the rubber grippy strips off since they would stretch out my shirt necks when pulling a shirt off the hangar - this was sort of a p.i.t.a since it left residue that hand to be cleaned off, but otherwise they’re very nice compared to plastic hangers. Very strong so I use them exclusively for sweatshirts and other heavier items.

I love these hangers!! These are the only hanging clothing hangers I use. They are wooden, very sturdy, look great and I love the soft strip grips on the ends. They keep clothing from falling off the hanger.

These look really nice in the guest bedroom: a big step up from the usual wooden hangers. They are very much for lightweight garments, so you may need to something else for the heavy jackets. The anti-slip strips are effective; even light silk blouses will still be on the hanger come the morning. Recommended.
