AZSPORT. Hand Weights for Women, 1-Pair, Pink

I am recovering from a broken patella and need to build up my quads without stressing my knee. These weights can be used either above the knee or on the ankle. They fit well and are great for doing my therapy exercises at home.

Very well made NECK gaiter. The edges are stiched so this should last a while. Nice long coverage against wind and sun. These are not meant for cold weather and are very light. Great product no more red neck :)

Light weight and great price. Works well. No need to spend money on the more expensive gaiters

super light, stretchy, stood up to the bugs of the Michigan UP. I wore it pretty much the whole trip and it did the job without causing me to overheat.

I have small wrists so these slide off but great ankle weights
