This was my 2nd time trying Bellapierre cosmetics. My first pick turned out to be too light for my complexion so I went 2 shades darker. My 2nd choice looked very brown for me, but it was perfect. I applied just a small amount of the powder to start with, but it was enough to cover my entire face. It blends very smooth covering dark spots and redness easily without applying extra to even my complexion. Feels like nothing on my face, as I can usually feel even light powders on my face. I kept the lighter shade I first picked, as it was light and a bit yellowish. That will work great to brighten up around my eyes. I'm very happy with this product!

I love that the shades I chose are not orangy (I use the Cinnamon and Nutmeg); which is a common problem I have with most foundations. It has been frustrating beyond belief to find a good match for my skin tone. These have golden/olive undertones; which is perfect for me & looks so natural They are, hands down, my favorite foundations ever. I used to use Jane Iredale and wanted something a little cleaner and am very happy I found these.Update 10/21/23. Bellapierre has recently changed their shades. I still love the formula but I no longer can use the new Nutmeg as it is a bit too neutral * light for me; the other one was a tad warmer. And the Cinnamon shade is much lighter than before; and much less pigmented. I can still use it; but it is more like the shade in the box I originally got at TJ MAXX many years ago which I loved; but was my dead of winter shade when I was the lightest. When I ordered the full size thru the main website, it was darker and more pigmented; which I preferred. Now it is the lighter shade again; which is a bummer for me since I really loved the other one. I still love this foundation but am just bummed about the shades & the level of pigment; but at least I can still wear the Cinnamon when my skin is the lightest. All in all the formula is lovely but I do wish they would go back to the previous shades.

They didn’t have a whole lot of options for fair skin so I got The lightest shade and thankfully it works. Can be drying on skin in the winter time so prep before applying is a must. Has good coverage and I like it for everyday use. Doesn’t break skin out.

I have been using this product for hmmm... almost 10 years people! This shade is not too tan, not too yellow or muddy.. it's matte and not too heavy yet not too lightweight. There is spf 15 in it and I can use it for work and for going out. I spotcheck it on my blemishes and voila my acne scars are gone.. I feel like I have no makeup on when I use this. I will be buying this for as long as bella pierre makes it. This is a brand that no one really talks about like ever! And I am surprised.. I've used other powder foundation - even the bare minerals doesn't have the right 'shade' for my neutral tan sometimes golden skin. This just camoflauges into my skin and makes it look so smooth, clear and almost perfect (it is not a full-coverage)... I love the blur effect it gives after it's set. When I set it with banana powder after i put my undereye concealer it looks flawless. So I'd say take the chance and try it.. If you don't like it then Amazon has a great return policy.

This mineral powder is light as air makes you feel beautiful. It last all day. It goes on so smooth, and gives your skin a beautiful glow . A little mineral powder goes a long way it is well worth the price

I've spent years searching for the right foundation for my acne prone skin. I used to wear Prescriptive because they were the only line that did custom blending at the time, and being of mixed decent I had a difficult time finding foundations that had an olive/ yellow undertone but since they went out of business I had no choice but to find another option. I used MAC for a few years but found myself determined to find the right foundation for my skin. As I've been to the mall plenty of times and walked right past Bella Pierre kiosk. I decided to try my luck. I had two different girls that helped assist me in finding my perfect color. The color I chose to come close to my complexion was brown sugar. I swear by this product til this very day... Its perfect for oily skin and gives medium to full coverage without feeling like you have heavy weight foundation caked on your face. I definitely prefer a mineral foundation over a liquid for oily/combination skin.This is the best mineral foundation out on the market that comes in a variety of colors, and most importantly undertones! One 3oz normally last me about 2-3months before I have to place a new order (its worth the investment & such a great price)!

I have been wearing this mineral foundation for years. This time the foundation is different and doesn’t go on the same as it used to. I used to be able to build coverage in areas that I needed to, but the order I just received doesn’t cover well and looks like you have no makeup on. Very disappointed. It also came unsealed and that concerns me.

I never heard about bella pierre before until i saw it on sale at Ross. I purchased 9 stack shimmer kit for $14 (such a good deal). I tried the product and i love it ... I went back to Ross and buy more. I end up with 2 of 9 stack shimmer kit and 2 eye kits. The pigment is so rich... it's way better than the cheap one because i bought cheap mineral eye shadow before... They didn't feel the same.After i got lots of eyes shadow, i thought i should try foundation... even though i love bella pierre but it's not my first option because it 's almost the same price as bare mineral. I went to try bare mineral because i heard such a positive reveal and they seem to be one of the best mineral make up. So i went to bare mineral and try foundation... i tried it on for 5 minute and i start to get itchy and my skin turn red... So since bare mineral didn't work out for me, i decided to try bella pierre. I try it and i didn't have any skin reaction. It didn't give me breakout like other product i use in the past. I'm glad i finally found the right product for my skin.
