Excellent leather and appears to be well constructed. Perfect fit for the work laptop, perfect size overall. Outside pocket could be 1/2" deeper to accommodate a 10" tablet with a case. It could use another internal organizational pocket somewhere, maybe sewn to the outside of the laptop sleeve. <rant> I'll never understand the bag-maker's obsession with key fobs in packs/briefcases. I've never used one, and have never met anyone who did. Why would you want your keys in your pack? Replace that silly thing with a loop for a flashlight or something. </rant> This pack also has a long strap with a hook on it that I have no idea what the purpose is - will likely cut that off, as it will just get in the way. It would be better if the pen loops were pen pockets - I have pens that don't have pocket clips, so the loops won't hold them. I'm keeping the pack, but it's sub-optimal. Add another internal pocket, ditch the stupid key fob and hook strap, convert the pen loops to pen pockets, and add a flashlight loop. THEN it would be an ideal pack.

So when I first got it, the zipper unraveled itself from one end and I had to force the zipper back over the the tracks for it to work again. I chalked it up to a one off thing, but since then it’s been happening more and mor frequently. As of right now, it happens every day or so and I’ve only had the backpack for maybe a month and a half. It’s irritating as hell, and I’m worried one day the zipper is going to break and I won’t have any way to close it up.

I've had this bag for almost a year, and many, many miles. For comparison, in the same time period, I've gone through 4 different pieces of luggage. A little while ago, the zipper started giving up, if the bag was a little overstuffed. I reached out to Sharkborough, and they just replaced the bag. No questions. They made me a fan for life! Edit. This second bag didn’t even last a month before the zipper stripped. A great bag rendered useless by a pos zipper. I’m done and I don’t recommend this bag, as much as I’m a fan of their service, a bag that just pops open is beyond useless.

It was a great bag, got lots of compliments on it for the first 2 weeks until the zipper just came off. Bad design & quality for the zipper to break so soon for a bag at this price. The zipper didn’t even break as it just slided off completely with this design flaw. There is nothing there stopping the zipper from sliding off like there should be. Unhappy with this purchase.

Beautiful back-pack. The leather and craftsmanship is very nice! Looks really high end for the price point. Looks sleek and contemporary while being substantial in size. Easily carried while casual or dressed for business. In general, Looks really nice on- great proportions. Pocket dividers makes it easy to organise your belongings. Highly recommend!

This backpack is outstanding quality, it feels amazing, and you can tell it's very durable as well. My boyfriend was thrilled with it and gets compliments on it all the time at work. Really superb quality especially for the price!

I never write reviews but this bag is the exception! I'm blown away by how well made this bag is. You would think it's a bag worth over $300 for sure. Every detail is beautiful and you can feel the quality. I Highly reccommend!!!

Really good quality and all around perfect backpack for my needs. I love how the bag has one big space instead of those backpacks that have several dividers making each space smaller. The zipper is sturdy and the stitching of the backpack is also very neat and perfect. You can tell this bag will last for a long time.

I was on the lookout for a new bag, and really wanted a backpack to go hands free when travelling and wanted leather and stumbled across this one. Having seen lots of bags with literally hundreds of pockets this is the one that caught my attention, yes lots of pockets are great, but if you're like and forget where you put your stuff then they become annoying when trying to find your gear.The other issue is the so-called PU leather bags, and soon as I saw this price, I knew it had to be genuine leather, PU looks OK, but it breaks down very easily, where is this leather will slowly age. The zippers are also top quality and glide open easily.The only one criticism I have of this bag is the straps, they are far too thin, and the padding is non-existent. When you load in your laptop, a book, perhaps some power chargers and a water bottle they tend to dig into your shoulders.I don’t use it daily, so it’s not much an issue regularly but when I am travelling abroad etc, it really does bother me. Maybe the next version can incorporate better straps.Im summary, storage is fine for my needs, the leather is superb, zippers are great but the straps mean it drops one star.

I have just recived it. Everything is as expected. It looks very professional, perfect for the office.Update after two months: everything perfect, nothing broken. Slowly ages beautifully.

I bought this bag as I liked the look of it and its perfect for a couple of nights away. Holds more than you think and is top quality. Recommended.

Brought bag for my son. Does not smell like leather, not as robust as I expected but so is happy with it.

Slightly disappointed with the straps: think they could be more sturdy and comfortable. Love the design of the bag.
