Kitchen scissors should cut raw meat, flower stems etc, it struggles to do such tasks. I could have returned them but for £3.99 I decided not to bother and use them for paper cutting and minor tasks. at my computer station. Dont buy, find better.

Craft Multi Purpose Scissors very good value much better than other more expensive Scissors bought in the past.first impression very sharp,strong and well made. well up to the task for kitchen use.
