RFID Electronic Cabinet Lock Hidden DIY for Wooden Drawer Cabinet Locker, Easy to Use & Programmable

I did not expect much at this price but I am amazed at this lock - we use it to keep our kids out of one section of our pantry where we (unfortunately) have to hide certain foods or watch them disappear overnight. It is solid and works flawlessly however I suppose if you had a crowbar you could get past it - not worried about that. I plan to get a couple of more in fact. Curious how long the batteries will last - one place says 200 times and another says 50, so while I'm not planning to keep count, I am hopeful it's a once a year event for the batteries. I highly recommend this for keeping honest people honest.

Setting up the cards were easy though installing it wasn't 1-2-3 for me as I had someone else do it.

Overall, it seems to be a pretty good product. It works as described. The only think I wish wash different as the ability to mount it differently, or multiple mounting holes/brackets. I mounted it inside of a ottoman, and given the design of the ottoman, this lock was incredibly difficult to mount. After that, it worked pretty well. I could have mounted it more easily, however the reader for the cards could not pick up the card through the side wall. It would be nice if it could read through something at least a couple of inches wide.

The media could not be loaded. I built a shelf prior to getting this lock, I unfortunately had to modify my finished product to make it work, but for now I'm very pleased with it. My biggest con is the amount of room this takes up, however with a little extra time and proper placement, I believe this to be a decent "high tech" lock for the price. Would recommend, and will buy again, unless I find something smaller.

This was easy enough to install but after having it a short time with a new battery, it died with no warning. So now all my valuables are stuck in a hardwood nightstand that I will have to saw through. The seller now has told me that it dies in a locked position, so I'm out of luck.

I bought this for a little cabinet I used to put my weed in! It was super easy to install, worked great, and was easy to set up. Sadly I took it off the cabinet when moving apartments and miss placed it. I’d buy another one if I had the need for it now

Super difficult to line everything up but works great once you get them installed.

I love the few steps we had to take to install . Instructions are very clear. I feel like this system gave me a peace of mind for the kitchen drawer I need to keep lock because of my kids.Excellent price ...
