Q: Just received mine. I have no myst even on the myst setting. Can anyone help?

I had the same issue. The instructions are a bit confusing. But as a previous reader has replied, the reservoir has to be put in correctly. I ended up contacting Dimplex with the 800 provided. I talked to two very helpful girls and I texted pictures to them. Indeed, I had the water reservoir in wrong! It’s working perfectly now!
