Good product. Works as shown.
The product works well. No surprises..The stopper or lid/cap that holds the liquid mixtures in is well designed and comes on and off easily. You don’t have to cut the tips and deal with annoying snap-on caps/lids. The lid/cap simply twists on and off. I’ve used the product four times already removing and putting back the lid/cap. No mess and the cap/lid works and comes on and off without issues..The plunger is smooth and trouble free..The two liquids come out clear and transparent, but turn slightly opaque when mixed. The epoxy mixes into a liquid consistency similar to chocolate syrup rather than tomato catsup, so viscosity is not that thick, so it will run. I recommend using a tray to mix. I used a piece of cardboard and experienced some running..When applying, note that the epoxy is lesser in terms of viscosity. It will run off your scraper and spill, so take care. But spillage is easy to clean with a wet paper towel..Don’t over-apply. Just make sure you can get even costing on both aurfaces/sides of the materials to be bonded..No nasty odors..A couple of minutes after application, the epoxy feels sticky and rubbery, but that goes away and the material will turn rock hard after an hour or so. Epoxy dries clear. Hardly noticeable even after applied on a wooden door that is painted white..Very good bonding. I used masking tape to clamp/hold the glued pieces together. And the tape came off easily after curing/hardening..I would most definitely buy this product again.

Used as a top layer of project to protect matching color and pattern of granite.
Used this epoxy as a finish top layer to cover a long (the >3 feet long) granite bench >1/4 inch-wide crack filled with strong adhesive glue and colored to match the granite. The gap of the long crack could not be clamped to be narrower without completely breaking the 2 -3 inch-wide long edge of the bench into many pieces. Plus there was a partially deteriorated supporting metal plank upon which the granite bench was glued, so the two pieces were hopelessly separated. Estimate prices to repair or replace the granite bench was ridiculously too expensive. So I used ChatGPT4.0 to come up with solution: First I cleaned out the gap with brush and vacuum. Then filled the length of crack with strong adhesive glue (LOCTITE PL Premium 10 oz. Polyurethane Construction Adhesive) from above and later from underneath where rust had deteriorated some of the metal support. I filled it just slightly below the surface level. I trimmed with a razor blade if it cured higher than surface level. Then I colored the visible tan colored glue with markers and acrylic paint to match granite colors and pattern. Finally, I applied this epoxy layer to protect the colors and pattern from water and make the repair flush with the surface of the rest of the bench. The epoxy was somewhat self-leveling, but can shave excess edges with razor as needed. Not bad for a DIY in an area not readily seen by visitors. Hope the epoxy can withstand the humidity and water exposure as the product claims it should.

It works, but...
This stuff works great, but you should practice with a small amount prior to use. The cure time is good for very small applications when used by someone with a bit of experience. If you rarely use epoxy, are working with above room temperature materials or environment, and/or have a large project that you can't do with small batches then pass on this. The work time is far too short for anything outside of those parameters. You'll end up wasting your epoxy, money, and time. This is ideally used in very small volumes (0.25 fl oz. of each part maximum in my opinion) unless you're experienced. I'm not saying it's impossible to do more, but I wouldn't recommend it. 4 minutes of work time might sound like a lot, but it's really not. It's really important consider those factors I mentioned. This is good stuff if you use it correctly.

Holds well outdoors (signage) in heat and wind
We have a rural farm and I had several of these 911 signs to mount to 4x4 posts. We are on the top of a mountain and I was concerned high winds would just destroy these signs. I ordered some 6"x12"Book shelf brackets and screwed one part into the post and used this epoxy to adhere the brackets to the back of the signs as support. The epoxy gave me time to move things around a bit but once it was set up, it held well. We have had high summer heat and I'm extremely pleased with how it turned out. Dried clear. These 911 signs will make it much easer to find our house and our neighbor's houses during emergency situations.
