These brand is good for Halloween or for theater. This was purchased for my for theater for learning how to use different make up for plays. We have the zombie wheel it’s the same brand the colors are similar to this with one. It works great! This is a bit expensive on amazon. My son theater teacher let us know if a local store that sells this same one for $13.00. We did not purchase there because it’s across town. We did not have time to purchase before the date he needed it.

This is a really good product. In the picture, I put his on last night with the kit and a makeup sponge and I forgot to take it off before bed so this is how well it stayed over night. I also put setting power on it. Just remember to put base (Ben nye stage foundation) on before. I’ve heard that if you don’t, then it might stain your skin. In the picture I’m not wearing base but in the past I haven’t been stained with it.

I recently developed a love for FX, and Ben Nye is THE brand to work with! The colours spread very easily and blend together without out a lot of muddying of their hues. It layers easy too, I only used a small amount of red to achieve the flushing I did. Yellow is powerful, and other darker shades are very rich. Combined with Ben Nye stage blood, and I'll definitely be buying more and more!

Really nice bruise wheel, high quality makeup. I like Ben Nye because I don't have to worry about it causing rashes on my volunteers like I do with some discount makeup. I used this bruise wheel for makeup on six volunteer "victims" for a disaster simulation and still have enough product left in the wheel for two or three more events.

Blending is a bit hard with it but over all its a long lasting makeup that can aid with great horror and makeup styles. Can't wait to keep testing it out and working with it. No smell and easy to wash off.

I received this color wheel yesterday and had to play with it a bit. I love the realistic colors in this bruise wheel and can create some very realistic bruising. Its easy to apply and stays put with a little translucent setting powder. I put a bruise on my leg and showed my hubby and he thought it was real. Asked me what in the world I did to my leg. I cant wait to use this on the neighbors kids for Halloween this year.

If you are a sfx makeup artist this is a must have in your kit! I’ve been using these bruise wheels for years and I absolutely love them. You can do just about anything with them
