My grandson loves this keyboard. Unfortunately it would not charge after about 6 months, but Betecho have replaced it without any difficulties whatsoever; I didn't even have to return the original keyboard. They couldn't have been more helpful

As soon as the mic was plugged in, and taken out again the key board stopped working. We tried everything to make it work, but after half a day and multiple family members trying to fix it we decided to return and get a refund. Don’t waste your time and get a higher quality product.

Paid for gift wrap and not wraped.

Hi BETECHO team,The keyboard has stopped working after a couple of recharges, the mic still works.Not sure what's wrong with it as we have tried charging it too with no luck.How can we get this repaired/ replaced as the warranty was for a year?

Bought it as a Birthday gift for a 11 year old boy. Very happy with it. Decent size. The included microphone is a bonus.
