Boxed and packaged exceptionally well. Noticed the box spent some time on its back, but thankfully it wasn't a lead-acid battery. Still though, it arrived looking great, full charge, hooked up and started the car without a hitch.

Fit my 2018 Chevy 2500hd and a good price. Needed help with the install as it’s heavy.Once installed the vehicle cranks with ease. Good product.

The main issue I have is the handling of the package by the Amazon delivery person. The battery alone weighs around 53lbs., and care needs to be taken when moving it. After reading other reviews, I was concerned about the delivery and chatted with two different Amazon support people about having the box pointing "this end up". The package had two sides with red arrow stickers pointing up to indicate how the box should be facing. I also left delivery instructions in the order about this. However, the delivery person did not pay attention to any of this and put the box sideways. Luckily, a family member got the box right after delivery and put it the correct way. I did call Amazon to tell them about this issue, and I hope that someone finally does something to prevent it from occurring again.The box the battery came in is thick cardboard. There were styrofoam sheets on each side and a lot of bubble wrap to cover up and fill the remaining area. The styrofoam sheets were somewhat crushed because of the box mishandling and who knows what else, and there were styrofoam bits everywhere, which I had to get a vacuum with a hose out to clean up.The battery itself seemed in good condition with no noticeable leaking or damage. I checked the battery charge, and it was 12.6 volts. The battery was brand new, and the manufacture date was the same month I ordered the battery.The price for the battery was the best I saw online, and I did not have to ship my old battery back. I took my old battery to an auto parts store, and they gave me $10 store credit even though I did not buy the battery there.It is probably better to order the battery when the temperature is not really hot or really cold outside. Also, do not wait until your battery dies before replacing it. If your battery is more than a few years old and you see the charge on your old battery when not in use is only around 11.6 volts, it would be a good idea to replace it before you get stuck with a dead battery in your car.If your battery is placed in an area of your car that requires a vent hose, this battery has 2 vent holes and comes with 1 plug (attached to the red cover piece for the positive terminal) for the unused vent hole. It does not come with a vent hose or elbow, and you should just use the parts that were on the battery you are removing.Excluding the delivery issue, I would recommend ordering this battery from Amazon.

Went to start my truck, couldnt even open the door...battery completely dead after truck sat for 3 days. Brought to autozone. They got it to initially charge, but the Battery is junk 6 months later, wont hold the charge. I think he said crank charge (I'm no expert in batteries) ...no way to return?! I'm seeing a lot of others with same issue. Save yourself the hassle and pay the extra 50 bucks and get it from Walmart or auto zone or wherever.UPDATE!!!So apparently the return process goes through ac delco, not amazon. I called yesterday, got the information, sent the information, this morning, I got a tracking number for the replacement battery. That quick, that easy... So my previous 1 star is going to 5 star because honestly, they made it right, no hassles at all. Lady was super nice and helpful at ac delco as well.

I bought this battery in March 2025. After 6 months the battery no longer has enough power to start my 2015 Cadillac ATS. This battery is rated at 850 cranking amps. It’s now only capable to produce around 155 Cranking amps. The battery has been fully charged and I took it and had it verified the loss of power was not due to a bad alternator or charging system error.

I bought this battery for my wife's Cadillac. The battery in her SUV was over 6 years and due for replacement. She will leave her car parked for a two or three days only to come back to a dead car. So I replaced the battery with this OEM battery and save me a little bit of money in the process, this battery cost me less than the price at the dealership, and local parts store did not carry the battery and the ones that carry them didn't have them in stock. The battery was the right fit, easy to install. She has not had any issues starting her car, the battery starts the car right up even in freezing temperatures after a few days of the car being parked.

Battery arrived fully charged and with 100% state of health. My AC Delco battery was manufactured in Germany which i was very happy about. These are great batteries at an unbeatable price.
