Posture Corrector for Women and Men - Comfortable Upper Back Brace and Shoulder Support. Best Way to Improve Bad Posture, Prevent Slouching and Relief Neck Pain

I kept waking up and feeling my back was really sore mainly in upper back area. A friend of mine owned something similar and after all the good reviews i decided to try this. No regrets at all, It barely even felt like it was on me after first day wearing, no one has noticed it at all, and after couple days wearing my back felt great. For anyone looking into this this is especially helpful for people stuck in chairs at work all day or gamer's (as most will be in chair long periods).

I'm 76 years old male and have a habit of slouching over as I walk (looking down) so the brace does a fairly good job to keep my shoulders back and consequently reminds me to walk with my head upright. The brace is a little difficult to put on because the two adjusting straps are almost too short to reach when the brace is put on (like a back pack) and you have to reach behind to find the straps and start adjusting. First time I needed help from my wife, but now have figured out put on and adjust by myself. Straps need to be a couple of inches longer at least for me. I don't have back issues other than my posture when I walk. Hopefully, over time, it will improve so that I don't need to wear the brace at all. :-)

This device works well for me...certainly better than other posture correctors that I have tried. It takes a certain amount of initial adjustment to find the most comfortable setting of the straps, but once I found that, I have been able to wear it all day. It tends to rub a little under the arm-pits, but that in turn encourages me to keep my shoulders back. And a secondary benefit is that i am reminded to keep my back straight when wearing it!David

I like it but it tends to hurt under the arms a bit. Perhaps I have not figured out the correct way to wear it yet. It keeps your shoulders back but not your back straight.

The Posture Corrector worked well to bring my shoulders back which is what I needed. Its pretty straightforward in how to use and performs just like I need it to. The only thing is the straps you use to tighten up are too short. I cannot reach them myself so I get my wife to assist. I'm 6' tall with a 46" chest. This would be a problem when travelling. They could be about 12" longer.
